08/09/2025: Stunning place, very large inside and with walls and ceiling completely made of stone, very kind and attentive staff to the needs of the customers, but above all delicious food and ranging from pizza, made with sourdough, to meat and fish... The prices are fair and the portions are generous, therefore recommended.

07/09/2025: "I'll bring you a box" I went to this pizzeria with some friends, hoping to spend a pleasant Saturday evening enjoying some good pizza. After they seated us and brought our pizzas, I immediately noticed some very inelegant behavior: as soon as one of my friends finished her meal, the waiter immediately took her plate away, giving us the impression of being targeted, without considering that there were other people at the table still with pizzas in front of them. This hasty gesture initially showed signs of unprofessionalism. The situation escalated when my friends finished, and I, who am someone who likes to eat slowly, stayed to enjoy the pizza at my own pace, and I guess there's nothing wrong with that?! Not only was my way of living in the moment disregarded, but the waiters began to rush me, one after another—five different ones—and they came to ask me if I wanted a pizza box. It never occurred to them to ask me first if I was even finished! And the problem was, I hadn't even finished eating it yet, and they didn't want to understand, and I was constantly interrupted with every bite. Hearing them insistently repeat, "Shall I bring you a box?" while I was still chewing, turned dinner into an unpleasant and irritating experience, and the pizza stared at me with a pained expression. I even lost my appetite, feeling like I was being watched. It was no longer service, but constant pressure, which, without any misunderstanding, clearly meant: "Hurry up and go." A race against time; it's not fair to make a customer feel like they're in the way just because they decide to enjoy their meal slowly, and they obviously have to hurry. A real shame, because the pizza was good, the place very nice, but the professionalism of the waiters needs to be improved, as well as the welcome, which is as integral to the service as the food.

29/08/2025: Yesterday, as we were returning from Isola delle Correnti to our accommodation in Avola, we searched for a pizzeria on Google. It gave me a few names of pizzerias. Among the first seven, there was this pizzeria called Fuori Binario. We liked the name. We arrived and were welcomed immediately, even though we were poorly dressed. The staff were polite and professional. The pizza, what can I say? It was incredibly good, with quality ingredients and a superb dough. I usually get thirsty at night after eating pizza. I'm really happy I ate at Fuori Binario. One last thing: it's also good value for money. If I ever come back to this area again, I'll definitely come visit you. Thanks, Fuori Binario.

06/09/2025: A touristy place, the quality is adequate for a passing clientele, definitely worth a visit for the panoramic view, which is worth the visit. The service was a bit distracted, and unfortunately, we were served chipped and poorly cleaned plates before the dishes were served.

01/09/2025: The food was perfect. This is my second visit, but the service from some people wasn't up to par. The two times I've been, I haven't been treated very well. They're very stressed and unfriendly (some of them). But I would definitely return on my next vacation.

31/08/2025: Good morning, last night we decided to go eat at Mudù... When we arrived, we gave them our names and they sat us down. The waiters started walking past us, but without leaving the menus. A very nice and polite girl (with braids) asked us if we wanted water and brought us a bottle in no time. After that, we abandoned them. We tried every way to ask for the menus, but were promptly ignored. At a certain point, I had an exchange with the waiter, who took the liberty of making a few (out of place) jokes and addressing me informally as if we were old comrades in arms! Anyway... he brought those damned menus and another waiter materialized to take our orders. One of the diners smiled and said, "Give us time to read them." He lowered his arms, rolled his eyes, and walked away muttering something. We called him after a few minutes, but of course we waited (the room seats a maximum of 40 people). All things considered, the service left much to be desired, and the food was good... I recommend it, hoping you'll get paid on the evening of the waiters' paycheck; maybe they'll smile more! P.S. I know the dynamics of the dining room and kitchen, unfortunately, it's a demanding job, but a smile doesn't cost anything!

09/07/2025: Gorgeous location! We dined on the terrace, poolside, with a breathtaking sunset view. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and available to accommodate all our needs and requests. Excellent focaccia, fabulous seafood. Normal wait times. But above all, the owner was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly kind! We'll definitely be back!

03/07/2025: Sono stato in questo Ristorante, dopo anni che non venivo in Sicilia e conoscendo il posto perché ci venivo regolarmente e sono sempre stato soddisfatto, ci ha fatto anche il ricevimento di nozze mia nipote. Purtroppo devo dire, a parte che c’era una festa di compleanno con molti invitati, siamo rimasti male sia per il servizio, completamente assente, eravamo in 3 in un piccolo tavolino proprio a ridosso del festeggiato. Detto questo ordiniamo una bottiglia di vino rosso e un the freddo per mio figlio. Passiamo alla cucina una cosa che nelle peggior trattorie non si mangia così, Mio figlio ha preso una pizza tonno e cipolle di scarsa qualità, io e mia moglie due tris di affumicati, a parte l’inpiantamento, su un piattino e con salmone tonno e spada uno sopra l’altro, neanche separati per gusto e di qualità molto scadente e salatissimi. Passiamo ai secondi io ho preso pesce spada all’eoliana niente di eccezionale, metà lasciato e mia moglie una tagliata di tonno con quattro foglie di rucola e del parmigiano sbriciolato, ma il tonno era talmente salato che era immangiabile che praticamente e rimasto nel piatto. Nessuno che si preoccupava di passare e chiedere almeno se andava bene. Dopo una mezz’oretta che avevamo finito e lasciato sul piatto la maggior parte del mangiare e nessuno si è degnato di sparecchiare la tavola e con mio figlio che voleva ancora un the, ma nessuno si avvicinava al tavolo, sembravamo dei fantasmi, al che ho trovato la prima cameriera e gli ho chiesto il conto con ancora tutto sul tavolo. Poi al momento di pagare ho fatto le mie rimostranze al proprietario che per sua discolpa a detto, “poteva chiamare il cameriere” ma erano così presi che ci passavano davanti anche chiamando e gesticolando che non ci sentivano. In conclusione bruttissima esperienza.

20/08/2025: Pizzeria Piano B in Syracuse offers excellent thin-crust, well-prepared pizza, ideal for those who love this style. Prices are slightly higher than average, but the overall experience is worth it: the quality of the pizza certainly makes up for it. The staff is courteous and helpful, although service could be improved, especially when you order just two pizzas without appetizers, which can lead to a somewhat lengthy wait. The location is pleasant and welcoming, making for a pleasant evening. In conclusion, this is a pizzeria I recommend to anyone looking for good pizza in Syracuse.

31/07/2025: Except for one night, we always dined at Pedalino, in restaurant La Borgatella, it was close by from our B&B and away from the busy city centers. Don't be scared of its remoteness, you'll find everything you need here at a reasonable price. The food is delicious. It's local, but they're super friendly and speak English. You can scan the menu on the spot with your phone, which takes away some of the charm, but it makes it easier to order in your own language. You can dine indoors or outdoors, but we preferred inside so you wouldn't have to worry about people smoking. Parking is easily accessible very close to the restaurant. So, highly recommended if you're staying in the area or just passing through, it's definitely worth dining here.

28/08/2025: Availability, courtesy, and good food: these are the prerequisites for a 5-star dinner! I was amazed by the courtesy and professionalism of these people. We ate a paranza like few others I've ever eaten, and some incredible, delicious, perfectly cooked pizzas. And to finish, a sweet, two-taste fried puzza fritta. Thank you for everything!
