03/05/2026: Good food, relaxing atmosphere with pleasant background music. Wide selection of pizzas with different doughs. The restaurant menu is more focused: appetizers, 5 first courses, and 5 second courses. We had roasted cardoncelli mushrooms on a cream of potato and toasted almonds and cod tempura. For starters, cacio e pepe troccoli with shrimp, and fried calamari, all very tasty. Attentive and friendly service. We'll be back to try their pizzas.

10/05/2026: Terrible management and embarrassing and dangerous superficiality. Order management was completely chaotic. After making a mistake on the pizza by forgetting the sausage, they tried to fix it in the laziest way possible: they added the raw sausage to the already cooked pizza, baked it for a few moments, burning the pizza underneath and serving practically raw pork (as pictured). An unacceptable sloppiness that ignores food safety and respect for the customer.

14/06/2026: I visited Fragno on June 2nd and had an overall positive experience. The restaurant features a small indoor dining room with a glass wall, while the outdoor area is definitely its strong point: a large area with well-spaced tables and a wooden gazebo that makes for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The culinary offering is wide and varied, with a good selection of dishes to suit a variety of tastes. I particularly appreciated the attention paid to those with allergies: when ordering, the staff was helpful and attentive, offering alternatives and adjustments. More than a restaurant, Fragno has the atmosphere of a well-kept farmhouse, just 5 minutes from Alberobello. There's also ample parking.

The food is truly delicious; the grilled meat is tender and perfectly cooked, including the sliced ​​steak. The pizza is excellent. Everything is well-served by friendly and helpful waiters. 28/03/2026: I went on a Saturday with a reservation. I have to say I had an excellent vegetable pizza. Both the dough and the toppings were good, and it was perfectly cooked, one of the best I've ever had. Highly recommended. I also had prosciutto and mozzarella... both delicious. The staff were very attentive and helpful. I recommend going there.

28/03/2026: As usual, traveling around Italy for work, I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. The location is fabulous, seemingly carved into a mountainside. There's no shortage of warmth, and the service, I'd say perfect, even with customer interaction. But here comes the highlight. The seafood risotto, made to order so it was worth the wait. The quality (fresh) ingredients were sublime. The grilled prawns were another dream. Very low prices. Ideal for couples, families, and groups. I'll be back soon to try the tagliolini allo scoglio. It's a shame there are only 5 stars.

07/04/2026: Starting with the excellent service, served by a smiling Albanian gentleman who was polite and friendly, and ending with the delicious food. We ate pasta, beef, pizza, and seafood, all washed down with house white wine. I highly recommend this place. Delicious.

19/05/2026: The place is quite welcoming and not monotonous. The staff are knowledgeable about the various pizza combinations. The pizzas are more than good, with various combinations. The only drawback is the shortage of beers. I must have been there on the wrong day, but some items on the menu weren't available, and others were in short supply.

I didn't like the lack of a wine list...they hand you a tablet and you choose...unfriendly method. The chef wasn't around...too bad...just to compliment her in person.

25/04/2026: A truly special restaurant on Lake Garda. Based on the excellent reviews, we visited and were able to get a table even without a reservation. The service is very attentive and impeccable; you feel very well taken care of and receive excellent advice. The ambiance is also very pleasant, and the interior design is tastefully chosen. As for the dishes, the Michelin star is absolutely justified; our palates were truly pampered. For starters, we had oysters and a rice tartare, accompanied by an indescribably delicious gazpacho. This was followed by gnocchetti with scampi and cappelletti d'anatra, both dishes with intense and unique flavors. For dessert, we had the tiramisu for two, which was divine. With coffee, we were served three surprise tins filled with various delicacies. The prices are somewhat high, as befits the quality of the restaurant, but are absolutely justified. We definitely had a wonderful and unforgettable evening.

07/06/2026: We ate here on the first day of our stay in Bari, on the recommendation of our apartment owner. We struggled to find a spot in the beautiful garden. The staff varies a lot but isn't unfriendly. The three courses we ordered were really very good, but the food arrived super fast. Fortunately, we ordered again with every round. The second time, however, we wanted to sit in the garden again, but they forgot to mention that a children's party was taking place. We were seated in a corner, and after ordering just an aperitif and a bottle of wine, we left. If they had just said there was no room, we would have looked elsewhere. It's a shame, because the food is really good.
