25/07/2026: A good restaurant, very fresh food. Good seafood and land based, even the thin but good pizza. Excellent service.
13/07/2026: Terrible. The "first course of the day" featured a fish sauce full of oil (I left half of it, it happens), and I found a piece of dish sponge in the sorbet—not exactly the cleanest item in a kitchen, let alone a restaurant. I returned the sorbet, which wasn't charged to my bill, and was offered coffee (a kind gesture), but I didn't receive an apology from the staff or the manager. The only explanation I was given was: "Maybe while cleaning the car, a piece of sponge got stuck inside." Unstable atmosphere (plastic chairs and tables), men's and women's restrooms not separated, and hygiene could definitely be improved.
Not recommended.

Food is absolutely great, authentic at a reasonable price.
They have a dedicated working area for GF dough so this is my go to as I'm gluten intolerant. Amazing fried panzerotto, focaccia and delicious signature home-made/hand cut crispy fluffy chips!
Other guests had regular pizza dough and everyone was pleased with their order.
I can't wait to have another dinner at Ghenos!

22/05/2026: A pizzeria that makes very good dough. It offers a wide variety of pizzas. There's a garden inside, large enough to accommodate several tables.
The only downside is the ugly roof over the garden.
21/05/2026: The menu has some very interesting options. I ordered the Mare Murgia pizza with octopus and potato cream. It's a great combination of flavors, and the octopus is meaty, not rubbery – well worth the price! I highly recommend it! 💜

04/08/2026: I had a fantastic time here! We were seated right away as soon as we walked in the door, and the service throughout the entire meal was awesome—friendly, quick, and super attentive.
I ordered the Diavola pizza paired with a bottle of Prosecco, and it was perfection! The pizza had just the right amount of kick and fresh ingredients, and the Prosecco complemented it wonderfully.
If you’re looking for delicious pizza, fantastic drinks, and top-tier hospitality, this place is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back soon!

14/08/2026: The famous Spaghetti all'assassina from Bari is here. It's delicious, but the restaurant is always packed; you need to book by phone (in English) or go there in person. You won't regret it.
