Excellent pizza, thin and crunchy. For me one of the best pizzas in Bari. Friendly staff and a super nice pizza chef! Small and simple but welcoming location! Super recommended!

Seeing is believing. The dough used is very light so even if you have to eat an extra slice of pizza you won't struggle with digestion afterwards. Furthermore, the format they use is truly original.

Negli anni ho passato diverse serate al Grottino, le pizze sono leggere e dai condimenti e combinazioni davvero originali e gustose. Locale e servizio rustico ma nel senso più bello del termine, ti fa sentire in un posto tipico e intimo di Bari e di fatto è così. Sempre tutto eccellente, solo belle serate e cene piacevoli.

21/03/2024: The starters were exquisite: first the cured meats, then the dairy products... the onion jam was very good. I honestly didn't like the pizza at all; the mass was rubbery and the crust wasn't as crunchy as I prefer, even the mozzarella wasn't that great... it looked like chewing gum: the more I chewed it, the more it stuck to the palate, I just couldn't swallow it. In my opinion the pizza base was frozen. For the rest I ate quite well, they told me that the first courses are spectacular and I will most likely return to taste them. In conclusion I think that this restaurant has potential so for now it would be better to focus on the raw materials because even those leave a little to be desired.
07/03/2024: I'm in Bari for work...I won't look for another place to eat for my entire stay! Everything was delicious and the prices were amazing!

29/03/2024: The restaurant is a very characteristic environment and consists of several rooms. Very nice atmosphere that puts you at ease. The staff, young, absolutely trained and professional but polite and friendly but never intrusive. The menu consists of a few but excellent courses. The price is appropriate for the quality of the food offered. I also had the possibility and need to stay overnight in one of their rooms. Since it is an inn, as such you shouldn't expect who knows what. The room was welcoming, the bathroom clean and equipped with the bare minimum. So don't expect TVs and hairdryers. For the rest everything is ok. Outside, on the main entrance, the small square with a car park. I left the motorbike there without any kind of problem.
19/03/2024: La qualità è sempre altissima e la pizza buonissima però purtroppo è arrivata fredda
