04/05/2026: The panzarotti are fabulous; don't miss the chance to try some unique delicacies. They're phenomenal! I had the "Assassin," which was exquisite and perfectly spicy, and the Sanda Necole, an explosion of flavors with octopus, stracciatella, and creamed potatoes—a true delight. Kudos to the entire staff; I'll be back.
11/12/2025: The best panzerotti in Gravina. Thin dough, and tons of fillings to choose from. All delicious.

09/04/2026: We spent Easter Monday for lunch. Excellent food with a set menu. Traditional food with a view of the ravine.
Attentive and friendly staff.
The only downside... it was very hot... maybe I would have turned on the air conditioning.
07/03/2026: An excellent experience at Il Vecchio Crapo pizzeria in Gravina in Puglia. The pizza is truly delicious: light, well-leavened dough, and quality ingredients that you can taste from the first bite. The menu offers a variety of choices, and everything is carefully prepared.
The atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant, perfect for both a quiet dinner and an evening with friends. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the service, making us feel welcome.
You can sense their attention to the quality and tradition of Apulian pizza. Definitely a place to return to when in Gravina in Puglia. Recommended!

05/04/2026: Beyond the senseless comments of people who are used to publishing useless posts and who, upon further investigation, seem to do it professionally, it is a fabulous rotisserie bar, with great hospitality and education and above all "High quality food production".
05/04/2026: A small village bar, but the bartender's politeness seems to be lacking. First, when we asked for ginseng, he looked like he didn't know what the drink was, and then, once we repeated the ginseng, he replied that they weren't from the Stone Age. If he didn't hear correctly, it would have been polite to say, "Sorry, I didn't understand." Then, the fact that he wanted to toast with a glass of wine while serving us, and already gave the impression that it wasn't the first toast, perhaps that's why he didn't understand me. The heavy use of dialect with customers/friends and the subsequent questioning of whether we understood what they were saying, seemed like they were pulling our leg. A small warning: don't come in with women, because they look like they've never seen a woman in their lives, including the customers.

14/02/2026: We ordered three pizzas that we were supposed to pick up at the time agreed upon, but unfortunately we had to wait a full hour in the restaurant, surrounded by lies and bad smells.

29/06/2025: La pizza della Lanterna apre da sempre un dibattito atavico: pizza sottile si, pizza sottile no. Per me assolutamente si. Impasto digeribile, leggero, croccante, una pizza unica a Gravina, la diavola un must. Un consiglio: alcune pizze basic andrebbero condite di più.
02/04/2025: Ristorante a conduzione famigliare, servizio veloce e preciso, piatti buoni ed abbondanti ( pizza sublime), prezzi molto buoni, insomma se vai a visitare Gravina in puglia, devi mangiare alla Lanterna !!! Ps sta pure vicino a Gravina sotterranea e al centro storico, il che non é male !! Andateci !!

12/07/2024: Con degli amici abbiamo deciso di passare una serata in questo locale, appena ci siamo seduti hanno iniziato a portare il loro menù fisso che comprende patatine fritte mezza fetta di bruschetta a persona 1 panzerottino a persona e bibite in caraffa ( acqua colorata), avevo chiesto se avevano bibite in lattina o bottiglia e mi é stato detto che usano solo le caraffe ovviamente perché di scarsa qualità ed economiche, mentre servivano gli antipasti ho chiesto al cameriere se portavano delle pettoline e mi ha detto che non sono previste nel menù fisso anche pagandole a parte perché altrimenti poi i tavoli vicini avrebbero chiesto la stessa cosa 🤦🏻 quindi se vi viene voglia di mangiare qualcosa di diverso non devono esserci altre persone 🤣🤣 ed infine passiamo alla pizza 🍕 un pezzo di cartone condito. Mi dispiace ma non ci torneremo più, devo ammettere che questo locale è peggiorato negli ultimi anni.

Ho chiamato tantissime volte nessuno mi risposto. Nel momento in cui hanno risposto la signora si è rivolta in maniera scorbutica.
