07/08/2025: We had lunch at Capriccio restaurant and were truly satisfied! The view was breathtaking and made our meal even more special. The dishes were delicious and carefully prepared; every bite was a pleasure. The service was friendly and efficient. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a tasty lunch with a spectacular view.

I recommend the four-course tasting menu for a complete overview of the Chef. The oyster risotto is unforgettable, with balanced flavors and perfectly cooked!

27/07/2025: We stopped at this B&B for just one night (unfortunately) on our way back from vacation in Sicily. We stayed in a fully equipped apartment with a lovely outdoor space. The breakfast was delicious. Giorgia and Giuseppe were very welcoming and friendly. Free on-site parking was a huge plus, as we had a car full of luggage. Very close to Alberobello and Noci (a truly undiscovered town, a little-known gem). We will definitely consider returning to visit the many other worthwhile places nearby.

06/06/2025: When we want to take a break from work, what's better than taking a trip to the Itria Valley. My wife and I often come to this B&B because we find it quiet, convenient for getting around, with a private gate, tastefully furnished and very clean rooms with breakfast in their bar and finally the icing on the cake are the owners Giuseppe and Giorgia who always welcome you with a smile and make you feel at home. I recommend it to everyone.

04/08/2025: The pizza isn't that good, but we ate there. There's a problem, though. Inside the restaurant, a family member of mine took 13.4 of radiation because we measured it with a Geiger counter. The next morning, my husband got a huge throat cancer, so the pizza wasn't that bad, but the restaurant could be improved.

22/07/2025: We went to this restaurant to celebrate my father's birthday. I booked over the phone because we were coming from Naples. Already on the phone, I was impressed by the owner's kindness, who accommodated my every request. He even ordered a cake for me from a pastry shop. What can I say? I was very pleased. The staff was incredibly kind, and their dishes were delicious. The orecchiette and the grilled scamorza and pancetta roulade are definitely worth trying. What can I say? I'm extremely satisfied. If I ever get back to Alberobello, I'll definitely be back.

23/07/2025: Beautiful place, both inside and in the well-kept garden. Unfortunately, there's no wine list; only the waiter lists them but doesn't know the prices, so the bill is a surprise. The scampi first course I tried was disappointing—just two empty heads without the fruit, and I paid €16.00. The second courses were rather bland and the meat was a bit tough. The pizza was good.

04/05/2025: Beautiful pizzeria-restaurant in Altamura, with a welcoming and elegant atmosphere, with a well-kept outdoor space ideal for the summer. The staff is quick and friendly and the menu offers an excellent variety of pizzas and other options. However, considering the high competition of pizzerias in Altamura and having tried many of them, I must admit that the taste of the pizza did not fully satisfy me. Maybe I'll try it again in the future."

29/07/2025: A true Italian pizzeria with a distinctly local flavor. Delicious and varied pizzas, thin crust, and fresh toppings. While your order is being prepared, watch the pizza maker's incredible skill; it's truly a spectacle. Also, try the panzerroti, a kind of stuffed pasta turnovers, fried or roasted—a real treat. You can eat in at the street tables. It's a bit of a local hangout.

26/07/2025: Fried panzerotto was delicious, both in the consistency of the dough and the toppings, mozzarella and tomato, and above all it didn't taste like used frying oil, which was very important. Fast and precise service, very informal street atmosphere, free benches and tables, no extra charge, you are perfect.

28/06/2025: We booked at 10:30 pm, we arrived at 36, but he made us wait more than half an hour for the delay. Luckily the pizza arrived in decent time, but it was mediocre, tasteless and you could feel a strange flavor in the mass. Then allowing smoking in the outside area with tables all close together is shameful.

20/02/2025: One of Santeramo's historic pizzerias, this one has maintained tradition by combining quality ingredients with expert dough-making skills to create delicious pizzas. I highly recommend it!

Not to mention the food was simply superb, one of the best pizzas we've ever eaten... delicious but above all, incredibly light!!! We left the table feeling comfortable. As for the prices... try them and believe it, they were very reasonable. Excellent, highly recommended. Overall, a very positive experience. We'll be back soon, thank you.

07/08/2025: Eravamo un gruppo di 13 persone, arrivati puntuali alle 20:45 come da prenotazione. Purtroppo, abbiamo iniziato a mangiare solo alle 22:45, dopo due ore di attesa, senza spiegazioni plausibili. Gli antipasti sono stati deludenti: porzioni ridicole rispetto al numero dei commensali. Per esempio, ci sono stati serviti tre tortini grandi quanto un biscotto da dividere in sei persone. Abbiamo fatto notare la cosa, ma i camerieri si sono mostrati scortesi e infastiditi, senza alcun tentativo reale di risolvere. I primi piatti, presentati come “fantasia dello chef”, ci hanno lasciato perplessi: ad esempio, una pasta con cozze e fagiolini, originale ma senza particolare gusto. Le pizze, arrivate molto in ritardo, erano nella media. Un commensale ha ricevuto la sua grigliata mista con due pezzettini di salsiccia uni spiedino con 4 involtini 3 bombette e due pezzi di fettina grande quanto la moneta da 2 euro, solo nei 10-15 minuti finali della serata, praticamente ha cenato da solo. A fine pasto ci sono stati offerti alcuni pezzettini di torta di ricotta, e fin qui il tentativo di scusarsi è stato apprezzato… peccato che dopo il dolce ci siano stati portati due assaggini degli spaghetti alle cozze e pomodoro, che dopo il dolce davvero si poteva evitare. La proprietaria si è scusata, visibilmente in difficoltà, e abbiamo notato che anche altri clienti si sono lamentati, lasciando il locale anzitempo. Ripeto: non discuto la qualità del cibo, che in sé non era male, ma questa volta l’esperienza non è stata positiva. Tempi lunghi, disorganizzazione evidente e servizio poco attento. Speriamo sia stato solo un caso isolato.

15/08/2025: A nightmare Ferragosto lunch – €70 fixed menu wasted Chaotic and disorganized service, forgotten courses. The appetizer smelled fishy, the first course? Five supermarket ravioli served after an eternity. For the second course (a simple fried fish dish), we waited an hour: nothing. At 4:30 PM, we left. The owner? No apology, just an arrogant "It's Ferragosto," as if treating customers like this was normal and we were in the wrong. Poor food, appalling service, endless waiting times. Absolutely avoid, unless you want a Ferragosto like a gastronomic horror movie.
