19/10/2025: We went for Sunday lunch, 6 people, and ordered only mixed appetizers and main courses. We sat down, were given only two menus, and then waited about 15 minutes before anyone came to take our orders, even though we'd already said we'd be ready within minutes of arriving. When we ordered the mixed appetizer, we weren't told exactly what it would consist of. It took over 20 minutes for it to arrive, and it was a personal plate with small appetizers (breaded sgagliozze and mozzarella balls that I think were frozen, a slice of prosciutto, and a mix of potatoes, octopus, and pesto) plus two terrines of parmigiana, fava beans and chicory, baby octopus in tomato sauce, and peppered mussels (which, however, didn't seem to have any pepper at all). After that, it was a complete blank for an hour while we waited for our requested main courses (four fried dishes and two cuts of meat). The two meat dishes arrived first, and only after another 15 minutes did the fried food arrive. It was a bit sparse and a bit rubbery (2 shrimp and 3 squid curls), after the diners at our table who had ordered meat had already finished theirs. The second courses were served only after everyone else in the restaurant had eaten their first courses (too long a wait). When we asked for desserts first, a waiter came and told us he would send another girl, who came after almost another 10 minutes and didn't know what desserts were available (replying that the ones on the menu are only indicative...?). We came in at 1:15 PM and left at 5 PM, despite only having two courses and dessert. The service was too slow and imprecise.

25/10/2025: Excellent experience. Highly digestible, haute peasant cuisine. Everything was perfect, from the service to the dishes. I'll definitely be back.

22/09/2025: There are unique places where you feel at home. Tre Archi is one of them. Where time stands still and the palate is delighted, one course after another. Excellent wines are also available, from the cellar. The hospitality of the hosts: Mina, Giuseppe, and their children, makes this place special. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail, nothing is left to chance. I celebrated my 30th birthday here and ate here many times with loved ones. It never disappoints! Long live this rare pearl of Apulian dining.

11/10/2025: I'm sorry to leave a negative review. The place is really well-maintained and the staff very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, we found the quality of the ingredients to be very poor. The fish didn't seem very fresh, and we had to send back a seafood dish, and the chicory side dish was clearly frozen. The waiter and manager were, to be honest, really kind throughout the dinner. Unfortunately, we all had stomach aches that night. I hope this helps us improve.

06/11/2025: When I'm craving pizza, for me, the only thing that's available is Norcino pizza. You can't explain the deliciousness of pizza without trying it. Matteo and Linda, the owners, are wonderful and friendly people who make you feel at home. The staff is polite and professional. I give them an absolute 10.

One minor quibble: you get the feeling the manager would like to see a higher frequency of service at the tables. 01/10/2025: Pizza for dinner with a large family group. The staff was very patient and kind. Considering the number of people, I expected a long wait, but the pizzas arrived rather quickly. Good selection, and the pizzas were delicious! The cold cuts were also good. It's definitely worth it.

25/09/2025: We went for dinner with friends, recommended by acquaintances, as they also offer gluten-free options. While the "regular" pizzas are good, the same can't be said for the gluten-free one, which was the usual crust with the usual gluten-free flavor. I give the food 4 stars because the battered vegetables and gluten-free fries were very good. The service was very courteous, although a bit "aseptic," likely due to the need to vacate the tables quickly to accommodate other guests.

23/10/2025: The pizza was truly amazing. There was a huge selection of special combinations that you can't find everywhere. The service was also good, attentive, and friendly. The prices were more than fair; for example, a bottle of wine started at €12. The only thing that bothered us was the ambiance with its plastic chairs and a less than cozy atmosphere. But the food is definitely recommended!
