The pizza was excellent, well cooked and tasty, and the restaurant, even though full, did not make us wait thanks to an efficient service. It is a place that I recommend for those looking for an excellent pizza in a welcoming and lively environment. We will definitely be back!

11/08/2025: The worst experience of my life !!! DON’T CAME HERE!!! First of all, overprices we pay more than a 100 euros for 2 plates, there is a guy outside that called himself Mr Roma, an awful guy he scams you and he flirted with my mom even though we made uncomfortable faces !!! The food intoxicated me and was THE WORST CARBONARA OF MY LIFE it had a radioactive yellow color and no taste.

05/07/2025: Perfect evening at Baficchio in Palestrina. Three of us came: me, my wife and my daughter. We had pizza and I have to say it was really excellent. Light dough, well cooked, fresh and abundant ingredients. The place is welcoming, well-kept, with a family atmosphere. The staff is kind and attentive, without being intrusive. A place where you feel good, you eat better and you will gladly return. Highly recommended for those looking for a good pizza in Palestrina.

18/08/2025: Probably the best in the area. A truly exceptional selection of meats, impeccably presented not only in lava stone cuts but also as carpaccio and tartare. Excellent porcini mushrooms are always available, and despite this specialty, the first courses are excellent.

30/07/2025: I relied on Paolo and his catering team to celebrate my 40th birthday. He and his staff were extremely helpful and friendly in meeting our every need. High-quality service, excellent food, and quality beverages. Highly recommended!

25/06/2025: There are no words that can describe the absolute perfection, elegance, cordiality and friendliness that characterized the work done by Ciani Catering for the organization of a double 50th birthday party (mine and my husband's) on June 21, 2025 in our garden. Paolo followed the planning with absolute attention to every detail since March. Nino supervised a team of 5 waiters with unparalleled precision and dedication. And when, with the setup almost complete, a storm with hail and strong winds destroyed everything two hours before the start of the party, this incredible team of professionals and beautiful people managed to reorganize the entire setup, postponing the start of the party by only 90 minutes. New tablecloths brought from Cesano to Amelia by Marco, tireless work in restoring everything as it was before a terrible downpour. And also a hug and sweet words for me who had a moment of great despair. The result was an absolutely unforgettable party according to the over 70 people present and magical hours full of joy and beauty. Compliments from all the guests (even the most demanding) for the dishes, all absolutely delicious and presented in an impeccable way. 19/08/2025: The food is decent, but there were a few service glitches: there was only one waitress in the dining room, and we waited forever for bread. It was brought to us after the appetizer was finished (bread has to be there with cold cuts and cheeses, come on!!!!). Luckily, we had ordered focaccia. The baked potatoes were good, but the sautéed chicory was a bit too dry. The meatballs were good, but unfortunately tiny. Very courteous, however.

05/06/2025: We went for lunch on a Thursday. We had cod meatballs, tagliolini and artichokes as a side dish, both in the jury style and in the Roman style, everything was really excellent. I also give five stars to the bill
