12/05/2025: Nice place, pretty, veeery busy! We were lucky to go early so we got a table right away but later on I saw queues waiting outside. The guy who served us was super nice! We ordered two mains and a salad but for some reason They brought us the salad and bread and said that they cannot bring the food together for lack of space and they will bring it in 10 mins. To be honest I think there was enough space for everything.. We ate the salad but it took ages to bring us the food and as a result we were full. I asked the girl if the food is coming cause maybe they forgot, she was a bit rude telling me that it takes time to cook it but it had been ages since we ordered it and people around us that ordered 5 mins ago got their food. Anyway finally the food arrived but as I said we were too full to eat it. Luckily when I asked for a take away box they were very cool about it but I made sure not to ask that girl from before. Sooo the food was ok, nothing too special. Salad was nice and liked the bread a lot. The men of the stuff were very nice, the girls not so much.

05/04/2025: Exquisite pizza. Many varieties of pizzas, very polite and kind staff, highly recommended, had dinner several times, very good fried dishes. Very recommended.

18/03/2025: We have been customers for 22 years now and I find their pizza and fried food very good. Roberta and Michele are always kind, smiling and helpful, which is increasingly rare these days. Their pizza by the slice is super! They don't make round pizzas, for the record.

The food was simply delicious: the soft and tasty buttons, the Sicilian-style anelletti a true triumph of flavours. The quality of the ingredients is very high. It exceeded expectations. Absolutely recommended and to be done again!

03/05/2025: Frequento questo locale da anni. A mio giudizio una delle pizze gourmet migliori di Roma. Impasto impareggiabile e ingredienti ricercati e di altissima qualità. Alvaro e famiglia gestiscono con grande passione e cortesia questo locale informale da oltre 30 anni puntando tutto sulla qualità e ricercatezza dei loro piatti. In una location più centrale e alla moda sarebbe su qualsiasi guida come un must!!!

19/04/2025: Pizzeria 120 – Sperimentazione senza compromessi. Due pizze, due identità: 1. Giovanna: carciofi croccanti su un letto di impasto fragrante. 2. Fiori di zucca, alici e scorze di limone sapidità equilibrata e acidità brillante. Base comune: impasto con grani antichi monococco, segale e Senatore Cappelli– Álvaro non usa mix casuali, ma studia struttura e digeribilità. Niente fronzoli: ingredienti selezionati (carciofi croccanti al punto giusto, alici che non sovrastano, limone che non aggredisce) e una filosofia chiara: rispetto della materia prima Abbinamento top: War AmenIPA, birra italiana con corpo resinoso e note agrumate che tagliano la grassezza delle alici. Grazie ad Álvaro (non un pizzaiolo, un ricercatore) e a Monia per la scoperta. 02/06/2025: Decent food but not good value for money for the small quantities. Dated environment and poorly organized service. We waited 1 hour to have the pizza at the table, because we had not been informed that the delivery of pizzas to the table takes place from... 9 pm! Yet we who are from Rome enjoy restaurants that have to manage much higher flows of customers and calmly alternate delivery to the table with take-away. The owner's rudeness and nervousness are a very weak point. She even called me in an altered tone yelling at me because I had an outstanding reservation... only to then realize that they had made the mistake in the reservation. Failed. We recommend, both for the excellent value for money and above all for the very relaxed atmosphere and the extreme welcome and kindness of the owners and staff OSTERIA AL SEMINARIO in Nepi.

We were looking for a place that could tell the genuine soul of this land, and we found it. The atmosphere is enchanting: elegant but never distant, refined but familiar. You can breathe an air of home, of authentic conviviality, of those that warm the heart. The staff welcomed us with kindness and attention, accompanying us throughout the evening with an ever-present smile, never intrusive, always discreet. The menu is a declaration of love for the territory: very fresh ingredients, full flavours, recipes that speak of tradition but with a refined note of originality. Each dish was a small masterpiece, presented with care and designed to leave its mark. We ate very well, but above all we had a good time. In company, in harmony, with the feeling of having found a special place where time slows down and every detail counts. Thank you for making this evening so beautiful.
