05/08/2024: We knew we were in for a good pizza but wow. Everything was perfect: crust, cheese, seasoning. A pizza to die for. Usually more of a Neapolitan pizza person this crust was magical. The fried starters were also really good. Would definitely recommend and come back if we come back to Rome. The staff was really nice as well.

27/07/2024: I tried this pizzeria by chance and it has become one of my favorite pizzas. I have absolutely nothing to complain about, everything is perfect, their fried foods are excellent, never too greasy and always crunchy, the pizza is digestible and never feels heavy, furthermore the staff is youthful, always kind, helpful and smiling, with my boyfriend we almost go now every Saturday, I can only recommend it.

06/08/2024: A highly recommended place to enjoy an excellent pinsa served on aluminum cutting boards which allow for perfect cutting and maintain the right amount of heat in the pinsa. Reading the menu deserves special attention. In addition to paper, you can read by sight on the walls of the room. Giuliano Kremmerz is an absolutely must-try pinsa. The dedication of the boy who welcomed and served us is the added value to this truly alchemical Pinseria and to be recommended for lovers of successful and unusual flavours. The table chosen under a masterpiece reproduction of Hopper added further creativity and poetry to a delicious dinner to be repeated.

14/08/2024: Very good value for money. Line up on a Monday evening from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. But it was worth the wait. The service is fast and efficient. Although the staff is super busy, they are all very friendly. The gourmet pizza “La Cracante” was excellent. And I had some "amatricianna pici pasta" to bring, which was just as good. I recommend you.

06/07/2024: I've been there 3 times. Everyone praises their pizzas but they have probably never been where they really know how to make them to perfection. Furthermore, the lack of refinement of the 2 women is embarrassing.

11/08/2024: Beautiful farmhouse, immersed in the Palestrina countryside. Discovered by chance years ago Very kind staff, the guys are always smiling and the food is excellent! My "little" son is in love with this place and their crouton pizza... Steaks with a wide choice, and various maturing, what can I say... you absolutely must try it!

01/08/2024: We were there for my grandmother's 80th birthday and we were also there last year for my grandfather's 90th birthday. We had a great time, for my family who lives in the area it is also a fixed point for cousin reunions. If I really have to find a flaw, it was the heat which, despite the ceiling fans with the table near the wall, was quite hot😅

02/09/2024: Finally the real Roman pizza in Rome! Thin, crunchy, well seasoned. Peripheral area, but very intimate and quiet. Outdoor tables with feet in the lawn. Even when Rome burns, it's always nice and cool here. Chatty and super helpful waiter.

The prices are reasonable, perfectly balanced with the taste and quality of the food. The atmosphere of the place was wonderful. Overall we loved every moment of our dinner and can't wait to return here!
