I've been to this restaurant twice, and both times, it was a positive experience. For dinner, I was with a group of six, and we tasted a riot of incredibly fresh raw fish, flawless and beautifully paired with both cooked and raw vegetables, which were also well-prepared. The rest of the meal consisted of rich, balanced, and thoroughly enjoyable first courses. For lunch, I went alone during a work break. The owner greeted me with his usual friendliness, but with a more welcoming tone. He selected a nice table for me and dedicated himself to suggesting a light and tasty menu consisting of an appetizer of green beans, red date tomatoes, basil, and steamed and shelled prawns; delicious. For the main course, he served me a slice of amberjack, simply cooked in a light sauce of Pachino tomatoes and Gaeta olives; truly top-notch in its simplicity, thanks to the freshness of the fish, the cooking time, and the balance of flavors. Ultimately, Ghiaccio is a restaurant with a beautiful and elegant atmosphere, without being stuffy; the large windows offer a pleasant sense of openness to the outdoors, and the immense wine cabinets accommodate tastings for a variety of palates and budgets. The owner is always present, friendly with a touch of warmth, attentive to the staff... and that always makes the difference. Finally, the staff: kind, attentive, moderately professional, but ultimately attentive... in true Roman metropolitan style.

A fine dining experience at its best at Ghiaccio. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel very welcome, with warm and attentive service throughout the evening. The food was truly magnificent—beautifully presented, thoughtfully prepared, and full of flavor. Every dish felt carefully crafted and memorable. Just an overall “wow” experience from start to finish. Easily one of the most impressive dining experiences.

Wonderful seafood restaurant, that offers a wide range of fresh seafood dishes to cater for all tastes. The service was attentive and friendly and the quality of food was excellent. This is a seafood restaurant so don’t expect anything different if someone in your party doesn’t particularly enjoy seafood. Overall, a very enjoyable experience that o would highly recommend

Today, after leaving the clinic dead tired and hungry, I stopped at the first place on the way... lucky me! 🤩 I ate some of the best fish I've ever had. Impeccable service and a great atmosphere. If I hadn't been in a rush, I would have even ordered dessert. I'll definitely be back!

Every time it's a fantastic experience. The dishes are prepared with care and imagination, the freshest ingredients are impeccable, and the presentation is impeccable. We discovered them by chance, and now they're regular customers. The atmosphere is friendly, and the staff is professional and knowledgeable. The wine list is extensive, and the French wines and champagnes are excellent. A special thanks to Niko, a highly trained and competent sommelier who always tries to satisfy requests. Well done, guys, keep it up.

A little gem near Piazza Mazzini, with truly high-quality food, but the place is a bit noisy and sometimes difficult to talk to.

Very elegant atmosphere, excellent food and generous portions. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended for those who love fresh fish.
