Pizzeria I Gemelli, Italia In Roma

I've been going to Gemelli since September 1990. I live far away, so I go much less often than I'd like. In my opinion, it's the best pizza by the slice in Rome: thin, crispy, and tasty. I love the mozzarella and anchovies in white sauce, which you can't find everywhere. The owners and the staff at the counter are cheerful, friendly, and down-to-earth. I love going there. I also recommend the slice with eggplant parmigiana.

I used to come here in the early 2000s (2004/2005). I don't know if the management has changed now. Anyway, the pizza was delicious; I remember the red one being a little spicy. There was a very friendly gentleman at the counter.

For 23 euros, four of us ate. It was good, but a little cold. The service was good. I recommend it if you're passing through.

I love this place. You can choose from a variety of pizzas and try smaller pieces of pizza’s with different topping, all delicious. Such a Roman vibe but the best is the jolly friendly staff, always with a smile.

A typical neighborhood pizzeria run by friendly staff. Want a recommendation? If you find it, get the red pizza with pepperoni. I personally think it's AMAZING!
