Parking can be a challenge due to the very narrow streets, but I recommend patience because the dining experience is absolutely worth it. The ambiance has a retro charm reminiscent of the 1980s, but it's the food that really sets it apart: from the starters to the main courses, all the way to the desserts, everything is top-notch. The value for money is excellent, with prices more than reasonable for the quality offered. A place I highly recommend to anyone looking for good food in an authentic atmosphere!

07/11/2025: We tried, and thoroughly enjoyed, the grilled porcini mushrooms with Castelmagno cheese and the Prussian beef with cardoncelli ragù on a potato disc. The Amarone was good. This historic restaurant (1973) deserved a visit a long time ago and a lovely review, which is too often neglected when you're having a good time, when it seems more fun to write negative reviews, when you just have to erase them if they're getting old, very, very badly. (Forgive the digression.) We'll definitely return.

25/10/2025: I visited Trattoria Volpetta in Rome and I must say it was a delightful discovery. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service attentive, and the dishes were meticulously prepared. I enjoyed the food—everything was fresh, with authentic, well-balanced flavors—but what really surprised me was the gorgonzola semifreddo: an original, refined, and perfectly executed dessert, combining creaminess and character in a truly unique way. That alone is worth the visit!

06/11/2025: We had a wonderful meal! The appetizers were delicious, and both the cacio e pepe and carbonara were truly excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we'll definitely be back!
