17/03/2026: I must say that this pizzeria delivers on its promises. It's a very family-friendly, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere. As for the food, I think I've rarely had such a good Roman pizza. The ingredients are excellent. The other menu items are also very popular. The prices are truly reasonable, while maintaining a high quality.

I think I ate the best vegan pizza of my life here, and I'm still dreaming about it! The vegan mozzarella was absolutely delicious, and the other dishes were fantastic too. 31/03/2026: We went last Saturday with a couple of friends, whom they already knew. Oh my, so much! The pinsa was delicious... not to mention the supplì and other variations. Very cute and colorful place! Fast service. We went on Saturday at 7:30 PM and left the table around 9 PM!

21/03/2026: I've always loved this pizzeria, but after not going for a while, I've noticed a decline in quality. I found it extremely rubbery, a bit bland. Even the fried foods have gone downhill (especially considering the high prices, around €4). I don't know, but I don't think I'll go back. It's a shame.

13/04/2026: We came to this pizzeria before leaving for the airport. There were 14 of us, and the experience was simply spectacular. One of those that makes you want to stay a little longer. The pizzas by the slice were all delicious, with so many toppings to choose from, and the price was really great too. But above all, we want to thank the staff: the kitchen was super friendly, and the lady who served us (several times, since we returned to order in stages 😅) was a delight. She made us feel at home, with infinite patience... because let's face it, managing the Palacios family isn't easy! We would definitely return. Thank you so much 💛 A kiss from Spain 🇪🇸

15/04/2026: L'Appetitosa is a guarantee. The quality of the egg pasta is exceptional: you can immediately taste that it's handmade, with fresh ingredients and carefully crafted. The takeout pizza is light and delicious. The menu offers several variations, and the staff is super friendly and always attentive to customer needs. A place I absolutely recommend ❤️

19/03/2026: I wasn't actually looking for something to eat. Noticed some others eating outside and was suddenly starving🤣 Plenty of choices, as big or small as you want, all sliced and sold by weight. 2 small slices of Salmon pizza with Arancini and a large beer €7. Pizza was amazing.

15/01/2026: Hi Andrea, hi Federico, we just left after a lovely evening and a divine meal. Thank you for the wonderful experience I had with my friends from Civitanova Marche. Giovanni and Maria appreciated everything, but especially your love for the dishes you prepare and serve us. Amazing gnocchi, top-notch artichokes... everything perfect, and the gin divine. Everything here is delicious and beautiful, like the welcome and the smile. Wednesday, the restaurant was quite busy and people are still coming... the atmosphere of a Roman trattoria feels like being at home. If you keep this up, it'll be hard to leave!

06/01/2026: I believe it recently changed management. My previous review was about 2 years ago, and I think it's a sign of fairness not to penalize new owners. I'm giving it 3 stars while waiting to try again. 2023 I'm returning after a while, confident I'll make a good impression on friends. The pizzas are cold, except for mine, which didn't arrive even after several reminders. It's true that they apologized and I wasn't charged my share of the bill, but that doesn't justify what happened. I feel sorry for one waiter in particular, because his professionalism doesn't deserve a 1, but I'd give him a 5. It was clear he hadn't been given the proper conditions to work properly. It's a real shame; I've sent so many people there over the past 2 years, but I don't think we'll be back.

03/04/2026: I had the pizza and I have to say: five stars! I'm absolutely thrilled. The pizza was top-notch, the dough perfect, the ingredients fresh and delicious. In short, a well-deserved five stars! The service was very courteous and friendly. The food arrived quickly. I would gladly return.

02/04/2026: I dined at this restaurant hoping to discover a good place, and some aspects were indeed pleasant: the setting is elegant, the atmosphere agreeable, and the waiter who greeted us was quite friendly. However, the culinary experience left me with mixed feelings. The prices may seem attractive at first glance, but the quality-to-quantity ratio is far from ideal. For example, the polpettes (€16) were tasty, but served without any side dishes, which wasn't mentioned—information that would have been helpful, especially since we had indicated we were foreigners and it was the only dish I ordered. The same was true for the cheese and charcuterie board: the selection lacked variety (only one cheese), and the quality of the charcuterie didn't particularly impress me. The other dishes we tried were decent, but not very flavorful, and the portions were rather small. In summary, an address with potential thanks to its setting, but which would benefit from being more transparent about its dishes and better balancing portions, quality and price.
