11/06/2024: I bought some takeaways, in my opinion the prices are slightly high, however I ate well.

06/06/2024: The food is good but I find the prices too high to consider returning, with the same quality you can find more modest prices. A roast chicken to take away €10. A second course with bread and a small water is always €10. Not very convincing.

05/08/2024: Was walking around Piazza Navona on Saturday night and came across this lovely restaurant for dinner. Food and Wine was both lovely, we both went for three courses and were very happy with the quality of starters, mains and dessert. Service was brilliant and friendly throughout as our server Mamon was clearly a professional. Will definitely return next time I am in Rome.

18/07/2024: The two of us ate rather simply: pasta and salads - the food looked appetizing, but nothing outstanding in terms of taste. The bad surprise came with the bill: 98 euros! We were charged 32 euros for 4 33cl cokes, so 8 per bottle! I asked: “yes, that’s just the way it is”. A day later I see the price of 5 euros for the cola online. So the service calculated their own tip of 12 euros. Dear Romans: of course, you have enough tourists, they annoy and clog your streets, buses and shops. But what you are doing here is not cheeky, but downright brazen, disrespectful and criminal!

07/07/2024: Beautiful environment and excellent for children, with entertainment included. The food is very good, pizza and meat menu. The price on average, high for the starters. Too bad about the service. When there are 200 people you either have proven waiters or you risk like me eating pizza at 10pm after being there for 2 hours. For the rest, nice environment and delicious food

01/09/2024: The combo was good, three pizzas and a drink for 8 euros, the pizzas are delicious and crispy. The best thing is that there are several flavors you can choose from. Yes I recommend it.

30/08/2024: Pizza with a not necessarily exceptional taste, but that’s not necessarily what we ask from the brand… (In my eyes these are the worst pizzas I have eaten in Italy). That said, the €8 menu is really great, you get a substantial meal and a drink. If you are looking for inexpensive meals in Italy, this is the right place! Very close to the Vatican.

Thin, seasoned well right up to the edge, without greed and with excellent quality ingredients, cooked in a wood oven... every bite is PURE ENJOYMENT!!! 😍😍 When I can I stop with my family to eat it there at their tables, in a simple and hospitable environment, as I like it, so we can also have a chat with Sergio, always kind, funny and ready to give you suggestions for tasting new flavors 😋 In other cases I take it home, willing to suffer those ten minutes in the car, while the perfume spreads and the water begins to mercilessly arrive 🤤🤤 I definitely recommend you go... if you are willing to come back, come back, come back, come back... it's 'NA DRUG!!! 30/08/2024: The rice with scampi cream is excellent, the tonnarello imperiale is good, well seasoned with mussels, clams, prawns, squid and scampi. The starters and main courses are good. All the staff are prepared and courteous. Overall good quality/price ratio.

23/08/2024: This is one of those places that remain in your heart where simplicity and substance reign supreme. I went to this pizzeria with my partner and we finally enjoyed a pizza like we hadn't had in a long time, light and stuffed with the highest quality ingredients. The appearance of the restaurant is informal but at the same time full of character. We had the opportunity to exchange a few words with the owners, before, during and after the meal; Very kind people who deserve much more for the service they offer. We hope to return very soon.

07/08/2024: I recently dined at Striscia La Pizza and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The decor is modern yet cozy, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal with family or friends. The highlight, of course, was the pizza. It was nothing short of perfection. The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside while still soft and chewy on the inside. Each bite was a delightful mix of flavors. The toppings were fresh and generously portioned, ensuring every slice was delicious. I tried the Margherita and the Four Cheese pizzas, and both were exceptional. The service was top-notch. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, making excellent recommendations and ensuring our drinks were always full. Despite being busy, they made us feel valued and taken care of. In addition to the fantastic pizza, they offer a great selection of appetizers and desserts. The garlic knots were a hit, and the tiramisu was the perfect way to end the meal. Overall, Striscia La Pizza exceeded all my expectations. It’s a must-visit for pizza lovers. I can’t wait to go back and try more of their menu. Five stars all the way!

31/07/2024: nope.. just nope! The pizza had been sitting on the hot counter for too long, was extremely greasy and didn't taste good. the grilled chicken looked similarly sad 🤮 Addendum: one day later my colleagues complained about diarrhea. was somehow foreseeable 🤷

16/07/2024: It's a very small place but nothing is missing. There is both pizza and cooked food. A real rotisserie like there were in the 90s. It was a trip down memory lane for me. The food is good. The rotisserie and deviled chicken have already disappeared by midday. The different types of croquettes, rigorously handmade, such as the supplì, are good. The pizza is fragrant. There are always first courses such as classic or courgette flower lasagna (excellent), aubergine parmigiana, and various side dishes. From what I understand it is an institution in Capannelle. Unfortunately I don't have any photos because we brushed everything straight away. Last but not least, the staff is always very courteous and helpful, truly approachable. It's a pleasure to eat there.
