06/07/2026: I am incredibly disappointed with our experience at Gangnam Ristorante Coreano, which completely ruined what should have been a special high school graduation celebration for my son.The moment we walked in, the staff was entirely unwelcoming. They immediately cornered us to ask if we had a reservation, yet we watched them let other customers pass through the door right after us without asking them the same question. The waitresses seemed completely bored and visibly bothered whenever we asked for service. In fact, when we asked for assistance, the waitress seemed as if I was irritating her. unprofessional.Unfortunately, the food did not make up for the toxic attitude. The beef was incredibly tough, and the rest of the meal lacked flavor—likely because the hostile atmosphere ruined any chance of enjoying it. On a hot evening, the only thing welcoming about this place was the air conditioner. The air was cold, and the service was even colder.I will never go back to this establishment, not even for a glass of water. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want a warm, respectful, and pleasant dining experience in Florence.

27/06/2026: My stomach was feeling a bit queasy, so I wanted to gulp down some refreshing cold noodle broth, and it was delicious. It was the water-based cold noodles, but there seemed to be a bit little broth, so I think it would be better if there were a little more! The soft tofu stew and spicy pork were both delicious ㅠㅠㅠ Korean food is seriously the best!!!!! Florence is really hot, but even when I order water at restaurants, it feels like only the water at Korean and Chinese places is cold and doesn't feel greasy... hehe.

30/04/2026: We ordered three fried appetizers on Thursday evening (supplì-crocche-zucchini flower) which arrived within 10 minutes of each other. The crocche hadn't arrived, so we asked for them and they brought back the supplì. After that, the pizzas always arrived several minutes apart and one in particular (the capannina) arrived without the speck. I asked to remake it and they brought it anyway without the speck. Terrible experience, wasted money and time.

09/01/2026: I'm not from the area and found myself stopping by for a quick meal for work. This pizzeria deserves more visibility, as I found a wide variety of pizzas. I didn't try them all, but I ate quite a few, and they were really good. The staff were friendly, including the two owners, whom I met outside for a quick chat. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely be back.

13/06/2026: Great experience... I went there with my parents, for the inauguration and then with my boyfriend. It was a very positive experience, the pizzas and fried foods were delicious, crispy, and everything was excellent. The staff is also very polite and kind, and they make you feel at ease. Well done. 👏🤩🤩

13/05/2026: I believe you're constantly looking for a counter assistant. The brunette girl, heavily made up, well-groomed, and smelling wonderful, has never heard of welcoming and friendly service, she doesn't know what that means... greetings without a reply, curt responses, perfect for making you feel more uncomfortable than comfortable. "Shall I reheat your pizza?" she asked me... the pizza arrived colder than when it was on the counter, he's alive within two minutes... and also, my love, don't put napkins on the pizza because you'll make a mess... she reminded me why I stopped going. Good pizza, but the selection of counter assistants is incredible... obviously I'm being ironic.

16/07/2026: Very good for the price. Great for lunch. Couldn't see myself enjoying it as much if it wasn't. It was fast and delicious and the pizza had a nice crunchy bottom which i in paticular enjoyed.

05/05/2026: I was treated terribly! Just for asking the owner's son why, after three lunches there, having ordered a specific item from the set menu, I was told (after a 40-minute wait) that the dish was out of stock, I was arrogantly told, "What do you expect for 10 euros!!!" After that, I went to ask the owner for clarification, the son followed me, and, cutting me off, I was attacked with words and insults... obviously, I paid for what I didn't eat and left immediately. I will never go to this place again. If you want to be treated badly, this is the place! David
