I don't know if this is what the name refers to, but it really is the best triad you could ask for from any restaurant: excellent food, excellent service, excellent atmosphere!

18/05/2025: Located in Montecelio, right in the piazza. A very small but welcoming place. It offers only pizza and pinsa, with the option of a good variety of sandwiches. The menu is extensive, offering various types of pizza, including red, white, and specialty pizzas. Calzones are also available. All dishes can be accompanied by a fried appetizer with classic or more unusual supplì. Each pizza flavor can also be ordered as a pinsa, which is a hallmark of this place. Very casual, with a table setting featuring paper plates and cups. Prices are reasonable and reasonable. Some pizza flavors are very good, with well-matched ingredients.
