I give 5 stars to everything because I consider this pinseria to be among the best: it has no fashionable pretensions, has an excellent quality-price ratio, is welcoming in its authenticity and offers truly delicious and digestible pinsas and fried foods. Sandra the waitress is always very kind and I can say the same for all the staff.

The lunch options were healthy.had different varieties in rice and also smashed potatoes, grilled vegetables. The pizza were so crunchy and tasted good.

Pizzeria Quattro Stagioni

24/03/2024: A pizza place by the slice (takeaway for non-Romans) that prepares pizza with the flavor of the past. There are very few, very few pizzerias capable of doing it this way. Already from the scent that you "listen to" before entering, you understand that we are talking about another category. Dough, height, seasonings, cooking, everything perfect. Real compliments.
10/03/2024: A Margherita pizza with an ancient flavour... the good one! A reference in the Marconi area.
