Everything was really good, but the pasta was a bit too salty in our opinion, and the carbonara was too salty. The meat, however, was exceptional! Cooked perfectly rare, just as I requested. Meat so tender, so much so that it melted in your mouth, is hard to find. The appetizer was also excellent; for just €7, you get several options (as pictured). The desserts were also really good and light.
We'll definitely be back for the meat!

Dinner, Sunday evening, a very welcoming place, with a rich, varied, and extremely detailed menu. The setting was noteworthy, with refined and balanced flavors. The selection of meats was excellent, and the option to vary the pizza dough (which was also delicious) was highly appreciated. The service was top-notch, in my case led by SERGIO, an exemplary professional, with impeccable explanations of the dishes, a constant and discreet presence, and an efficiency rarely found elsewhere...
Excellent price, considering the quality and quantity of the dishes!!!

After the basketball game, which Velletri Basket won, they recommended pizza at La Forbice Pizzeria.
We booked a table for two, as we were 500 meters away from the restaurant, but lazy as we are, we took the car. We were rightly punished for finding parking after driving around several times.
Fried specials, excellent and plentiful pizza, friendly and super-fast staff, cozy, heated but packed place... BECAUSE THEY MAKE PIZZA REALLY GOOD!!!!!
Total €28!!!!!!

I found it by chance! And I must say that sometimes chance is a wonderful surprise! Let's talk about the place right away... walking in and feeling at home is truly unique... looking around and seeing the table... eating in peace... and having a calm conversation!... They are attentive and attentive to customer satisfaction! Their dishes are prepared with care and are truly excellent!! Quality and price... I highly recommend this place!
