02/11/2025: Very spacious, clean, and well-furnished restaurant with a huge parking lot. The staff is courteous but not particularly attentive. As noted in other reviews, the service is this restaurant's weak point: the order was taken as soon as we entered, but the food arrived too staggered and after several requests. The fried pizzas with sauces and the homemade cacio e pepe sfogiatine were good. The spaghetti alla gricia and the trofie alla boscaiolo were excellent. The pizzas were also good, although, in my opinion, smaller than average. For a few appetizers at the center of the table, a pizza or a first course, some desserts, and drinks, we spent €24 per person. I would return only if the service improved.

22/11/2025: I'm usually very careful when writing reviews: behind every business there are people, families, and work. I don't like to "bash" someone just because they had a bad day. But in this case, it's necessary to tell what happened. Saturday, November 21, 2025, 9:45 PM. I approach the entrance of the restaurant, without even going in. Inside, a girl with glasses is cleaning the floor. I see the pizza on the trays and simply ask, "Is it still open?" She looks up, snorts, and replies in a dismissive tone, "Yes, come, come." All this with an expression that makes you feel like you're doing someone a disservice just for asking. I didn't feel like being served by someone who clearly wasn't in the mood, so I said, "No, it's okay." And I left, specifying that I'd pay for the pizza; I certainly didn't want it for free. I got in my car and drove elsewhere: I spent €65 at another place where, lo and behold, the owner was at the cash register and served me with a smile. A small difference... that makes all the difference. Your business will continue to operate smoothly, and I'm honestly happy about that. But I'll never go back.

09/11/2025: I visited this restaurant during a stay in Rome. Since I'm in the city of carbonara, I ordered it, and the result was terrible. The pasta was completely undercooked, it crunched in my mouth, they used pancetta instead of guanciale, the carbocrema was nonexistent, and to top it off, they used parmesan instead of pecorino romano. The staff was unpleasant. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

08/11/2025: I went on November 8 and was very disappointed. To start, they brought us four slices of bread that no one had asked for and put them on the bill. We had pasta, and the carbonara crunched in the mouth; it was made with bacon that wasn't crispy, cheese, no pecorino cheese, and the carb cream was nonexistent. Next, we had tagliolini with porcini mushrooms, which was always raw. The staff would take it away while you were eating, and they were insistent and rude.

A standout is the Pizza con Patate (Pizza with Potatoes), prepared according to Roman tradition, with thinly sliced ​​potatoes that are particularly delicious and never dry out! The place is always busy, especially on weekends, and the management of reservation times needs improvement. Inside, the queue management with numbers needs updating, which is a shame. Parking on the public street is paid, but it's difficult to find a spot.
