I Mo
Vercelli
30/03/2026: You've lost two loyal customers because you're unreliable. I'm in the area with little time for lunch, and the restaurant is closed, without even a word about the change in hours or any potential issues! Never again. Customers are being notified!!!
25/03/2026: The best all-you-can-eat restaurant in Vercelli, in my opinion, is this one. When I go to eat, usually at lunch, I always leave full and satisfied, since I drink afterward. Everything is delicious, kudos to the chefs for the raw salmon and tuna. I absolutely love it when I order the salmon tartare, the salmon chirashi—oh my, how good! I also recommend the salmon gunkan to everyone, which is a rice puff with salmon around it and the tartare on top. I love sushi 🍣🍣.
I've been here every now and then and I've always had a great time; the staff is very humble, friendly, and welcoming.
I recommend customers try the sweet and sour sauce, which is out of this world.
Another thing I really like about this place is that, luckily, they still have paper orders. I don't like digital orders at all.
I recommend it to everyone.

Mambo Tony Sushi
Varallo
01/05/2026: Ma Bro Tony Sushi is a small Japanese restaurant in the center of Varallo Sesia. The owner is very kind and extremely good at what he does.
To eat in or order takeout, you must make a reservation. You should let us know your order the day before, ensuring the freshness and quality of the ingredients.
The menu isn't extensive, but it contains all the must-haves of Japanese cuisine, with a touch of fusion.
The sushi is very well made, with a good fish-to-rice ratio, allowing you to taste the quality of the ingredients. The highlight, however, were the gyoza, with their incredibly thin hand-rolled noodles and irresistible sauce—truly mouth-watering.
The service was a bit chaotic (he forgot the pieces), but the owner was really kind, so we'll overlook that.
I recommend trying it at least once!
23/04/2026: The place is nicely decorated, there is room for 6 diners and they sit at the bar, but we were very disappointed that the food is prepared in bags in advance and he simply boils water and puts the prepared bag in and adds some sauce and that's it, you can just as easily buy the ingredients at the supermarket and prepare it at home, a big disappointment!
The only thing he does prepare on site and also looks good is sushi, the prices are very high compared to the town, for example a pizza tray at a pizzeria costs the same as one roll of gyoza thawed from the freezer
