30/07/2026: We spent a wonderful evening at Zam Tachji restaurant and were extremely satisfied with our experience. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is friendly and attentive. For our appetizer, a beetroot panna cotta...delicious! For our main course, we chose tagliatelle with donkey sauce. The pasta was fresh, homemade, with the perfect consistency to hold the rich, flavorful sauce. The donkey ragù was slow-cooked, with tender meat that melted in your mouth. The flavor was deep, robust, and authentic, a true delight. The simple yet thoughtful presentation, with a sprig of fresh parsley and a swirl of the sauce on the plate, completed the visual experience. Ploy rolls filled with mascarpone and chickpeas...amazing! In conclusion, Zam Tachji is a restaurant definitely worth a visit if you're looking for authentic, high-quality cuisine. The dishes are prepared with care and passion, and the overall experience is excellent. Highly recommended!

03/07/2026: If you tell customers to sit down to order, you should be careful to serve them before anyone else at the counter. After a 10-minute wait, we saw my daughter's chosen dessert being sold to a customer who had just entered. When we asked for an explanation, the response was, "So what do you want to do?" We left, but seeing my daughter so disappointed was hard to stomach. It's a shame, because I used to like your products...

20/07/2026: A true alpine refuge, the Rifugista with a capital R and all the other letters is great: when we arrived at 8 pm, he offered us leftover polenta and stew, giving us the energy to tackle the Flua the next day! Excellent food, a warm welcome, and kind and helpful people with an incredible view of the south face of Monte Rosa! Thanks again, and we'll definitely see you again! 😄🧡🦅

17/07/2026: A refuge with a panoramic view of the upper Valsesia and Monterosa. A beautiful hike with the option of returning via alternative routes. Extremely friendly and well-organized hosts. The menu is mountain-inspired but also very elaborate. Everything was excellent! We had a wonderful time and hope to return soon. Thanks again for your hospitality!

15/08/2026: We ate lunch today. Since it was August 15th, the place was obviously packed. The staff were very kind and helpful, the dishes were very good, and the price was fair. We'll definitely be back.

05/05/2026: We stayed at this mountain hotel and had a truly positive experience. The property is in an excellent location, close to the center and the ski lifts, in a picturesque area below the river: the sound of the water is a wonderful sensation... And with everything within easy reach. We felt at ease right away, starting with the friendly and professional welcome over the phone... The hospitality continued throughout our stay. The rooms are truly beautiful, tastefully furnished in perfect mountain style, and the small spa is ideal for relaxing after a day outdoors. The breakfasts are also excellent, generous and high-quality. Across the street from the hotel is a beautiful traditional restaurant, very convenient and highly recommended.

10/08/2026: Hands down, the best restaurant in Alagna Valsesia! We dined here three nights and were always completely satisfied. Both the pizzas and all the other dishes are truly delicious, carefully prepared and full of flavor. A special mention goes to the ravioli del plin with butter and sage: probably the best dish we've tasted, 10 out of 10! There's a reason we returned three consecutive nights. Highly recommended!

09/08/2026: Excellent restaurant, very refined atmosphere, and well-prepared food. Attentive and attentive staff. The ribs are the real highlight. The dessert, polenta, and first courses are all delicious. The Nebbiolo is delightful (considering the usual restaurant prices).
