In many places you eat well, but in few you leave happy.

Had a wonderful lunch menu, and the owner was incredibly welcoming and told us a lot about the dishes that us foringers might not know about.
The place was full, but he still made time to talk and laugh with everyone.
Food was incredible and incredibly tasteful (and local). Will come back in time for frog season for sure!

I went with friends for a quick lunch. The person who ordered the panissa was extremely satisfied, I had the rabbit roll, which was very good, and another person had the asparagus with goose egg, excellent! The atmosphere is classic trattoria, but the service is excellent, and the owner and his son are very friendly and welcoming. It's worth a visit if you're in the area.

A real osteria in the middle of nowhere with a genuine host who treats you like an old friend! Typical Piedmontese food, made with love and care! Definitely worth a visit!

There's little or almost nothing to say. You have to get in the car and go to Tricerro, about 150 km from my house, and when you enter Fabio's trattoria, you feel at home, welcomed in the best possible way and pampered with superb cuisine, described, served, and explained to the lucky diner, which I consider myself to have discovered, in the best possible way.
Well done, Fabio, keep up the good work.
