10/10/2025: Very good pizza but the wait was long which determines the three stars

08/10/2025: If you wanted pizza, this was the place. I traveled from Biella specifically to enjoy this excellence. Unfortunately, after my last experience, I was very disappointed: I found plastic filaments in the "Mortazza" pizza, probably from the packaging or the protective film on the cured meats. Furthermore, the service was slow and not up to the standard the restaurant should maintain.

The food was really good, carefully prepared, and the atmosphere was great. The waitresses were very kind and always available. Plus, there's plenty of space to park trucks. A place I'll gladly return to!

04/11/2025: Disappointed by the refusal of my service dog Review: I regret having to leave a negative review, but I feel it's important to report what happened. I went to this restaurant accompanied by my epilepsy service dog, which is properly trained and recognized as an assistance animal. Despite explaining the situation and showing my documentation, the staff refused entry, preventing me from enjoying my meal. I would like to remind you that, according to Italian law (Law No. 37/1974, Law No. 60/2006 and subsequent amendments), guide dogs and assistance dogs have free access to public places, including bars and restaurants. This was an unpleasant incident that I hope will serve to raise awareness among staff about accessibility and the rights of people with disabilities.

I'm a tourism reception technician, and enjoying such a thin, well-cooked pizza, with prompt service and such kindness, is truly something truly special. Good dishes but in my opinion a little too salty, given the positive reviews and the presence in the Michelin guide I expected more. Excellent desserts and pralines. The service is impeccable, attentive and courteous. Prices of dishes are average, wines are rather expensive

02/11/2025: The restaurant is very tastefully decorated, with branches hanging on the walls and cutwork curtains. The food is delicious and very well presented. I recommend the pumpkin tart with toma fondue and primrose bread, lasagna with porcini mushrooms and toma, and tagliolini with black truffle.

16/11/2025: We had dinner at the Risotto Tour, a wonderful experience. The risottos were truly delicious, served with various wine pairings. It was exceptional that the waitresses would review the risottos after each course (seconds) and also review the wines. The risotto tour cost €28 + €10 for the tasting with glasses. We will definitely be back! Special thanks to our waitress Zoey, who served and pampered us from start to finish.

23/09/2025: It can be reached after leaving the main road for Alagna, a winding and somewhat narrow road, the last stretch unpaved, but still passable by car. The agriturismo's location offers panoramic views of the hills and Lake Orta, surrounded by greenery. It's perfect if you're looking for a cool summer atmosphere. The menu offers what the kitchen can offer: a cheese and cured meat platter, polenta made with the daily produce, and homemade desserts. It's a great place to spend a day enjoying nature. You can take beautiful walks starting from the agriturismo, which serves as a reference point.

30/09/2025: The exterior doesn't look very promising, but the rooms are huge, quite comfortable, and clean. The price is high compared to other hotels. I would avoid the included breakfast. At 8:15, with the room practically empty, the buffet was empty. There was no bread, and as for the cold cuts and cheese, there was only one slice left. Two cakes were okay, and three brioches were dry. I'm sorry, but this doesn't seem like good service to me.
