10/12/2025: Even though we only stayed 1 night, we really enjoyed our stay. The owner is impeccable. She made dinner early for us, as we have a 4-month-old baby. The à la carte breakfast was delicious. Even in this case, I was accommodated with a change to the pancakes.

12/11/2025: Wonderful, super-well-maintained place. The owner is kind and attentive, the rooms are clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was excellent, with homemade pastries. We couldn't eat there because the kitchen is closed on Sunday evening, but it will be a great reason to return.

31/12/2025: We'd thought about visiting this restaurant a while back, but for various reasons, we couldn't. Today, by pure chance, we found ourselves in Borgosesia, and luckily, they welcomed us at 1:30 PM without a reservation. I say luckily because the atmosphere is very charming, crowded with people enjoying an aperitif at the bar, and there aren't many tables. The scallops with croutons and raspberry and ginger sauce are incredible. The sweet and soft texture of the scallop, contrasted with the crunchiness of the croutons and the tartness of the sauce, is formidable. Not to mention the snails à la Bourgoignonne. I ordered six and had to order more. The ravioli al plin with braised meat and braised beef with polenta are mouth-watering. The staff is superb, starting with the waiter, a lovely young man, always smiling, affable, and passionate about what he does... in fact, he does it very well. Thank you so much! We'll be back.

21/12/2025: It was my first time there and I found it to be a very nice and welcoming place, the staff was really kind and available to answer any questions or requests, and the food was truly excellent and delicious!! If you happen to be in Borgosesia, you absolutely have to try it!!!

09/01/2026: I stopped here for a quick business lunch. The first course was a very bland seafood risotto, and the second course was anchovies and fries. The whole thing was mediocre. Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy it. The service was adequate, and the atmosphere was a bit messy. The full menu with coffee cost €14.

The presentation of the dishes is impeccable, and the menu is thoughtful without being excessively expensive. However, I found the food a bit overly flavorful, which undermines the quality and flavors of the individual ingredients. The wine list is varied.

21/12/2025: Having arrived in Vercelli for a visit to the historic center, we opted for a quick lunch. The staff was quick to help, finding us a table. Unfortunately, given the late hour, the panissa was no longer available, but when we saw the last dishes coming out of the kitchen, they looked very inviting. On the advice of the very friendly and professional waiter, we opted for other traditional dishes and pizza, and finally, desserts. Everything was very well prepared and the flavors were excellent. A very positive experience. The place is clean and located on the main street, very close to the historic center and a short walk from the main monuments. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back.

30/01/2026: The porcini risotto is phenomenal, the pizzas fantastic, the fried squid spectacular. In short, try it, try it again, and try it again! The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff are super attentive. Cooking with heart.

14/01/2026: I can only say one thing: I discovered it by chance. It's become a regular over the years. I think it's one of the best trattorias in Italy. The food is divine. The staff, too, what can I say? Simply fantastic. Unparalleled friendliness. Plenty of parking for trucks, showers, and much more.

13/01/2026: We ate very well, the price was right: first course, second course, side dish, a quarter of wine, water, and coffee, €17. Conveniently located near the Santhià toll booth, with plenty of parking for trucks.

We haven't had the chance to try other dishes yet, but they look truly inviting and definitely deserve praise. The staff is attentive and friendly, especially the owner, who takes great care to ensure her customers are satisfied. Highly recommended!

02/11/2025: The restaurant is very tastefully decorated, with branches hanging on the walls and cutwork curtains. The food is delicious and very well presented. I recommend the pumpkin tart with toma fondue and primrose bread, lasagna with porcini mushrooms and toma, and tagliolini with black truffle.
