Good professional and at the same time familiar welcome, nice place, not very large, well looked after, good choice of dishes from starters to desserts with a good choice for every palate. Decent wine list, had an excellent house rosé to accompany dinner. Very high quality of food. Advised.

10/03/2025: I celebrated my graduation at 2nd The Apartment and I can only be super satisfied with the service. The owner made herself available to accommodate me from every point of view and reserved a room for us to allow us to celebrate privately. The service was impeccable and certainly one of the plus points was the kind attitude of the owner, who organized everything so that I could spend a perfect evening.

24/03/2025: Pessimo sotto tutti gli aspetti: locale freddo e sporco, cibo da dimenticare, così come la polenta concia sciapa e con pochissimo formaggio, servizi igienici da paura. Guai ci mettessero il naso i NAS. Personale cortese.

13/02/2025: I didn't like it, I was there with friends, the pizza was edible but not very satisfying, long waiting times even though there weren't that many people... terrible desserts, I took a tiramisu that tasted like whipped cream... and he didn't even like the cannoli that one of our table had and it didn't satisfy him at all... the same complaints were also heard from the table near us... I strongly advise against it, for us it was the first and last time... plus and not for the pizzas but for everything else he's also cute....

04/03/2025: Walking through Biella, having found another business closed that was marked as open, I continued and, again thanks to maps, I arrived here. Certainly not a trendy place, a retro sign, but a LOT of substance. Staff as DELICIOUS as the ice cream they make. Classic flavours, something more daring, and they also have SEMIFREDDI which I personally love. Flavors clearly distinguishable from each other and even with your eyes closed you say "ok this is hazelnut.. this pistachio and... This.... strange.. tastes like baked apple..." and in fact it was apple pie parfait. A nice dome of whipped cream, wafer and off on foot to get the car on this beautiful evening. Thank you. We will see each other soon.

22/03/2025: Locale austero ma con buon servizio e cibo genuino, gode di ampio parcheggio davanti all'entrata e lateralmente. Il personale è molto gentile ed alla mano, il prezzo e basso.

23/03/2025: the owner and the staff took us to his restaurant in a very welcoming room, exquisite food from the appetizers to the typical polenta concia biella, then moving on to dessert and coffee, all typical Piedmontese products well prepared and appreciated by all the guests, reasonable prices for being in the center of Biella

20/03/2025: Abbiamo pranzato domenica in questa trattoria, come una volta. Tavoli con tovaglia e arredamento anni 80. Il menu prevede antipasti misti della tradizione piemontese e un primo ed un secondo a scelta. Gli antipasti piemontesi sono buoni ed anche la panissa ed il brasato. Vino sfuso, come nelle trattorie tradizionali ed un conto molto basso rispetto a quanto mangiato

25/03/2025: Best all you can eat in Biella and surroundings, friendly staff, especially the owner who is always sunny and very kind. The sushi and Chinese dishes are excellent (considering that it is an all you can eat), there is a very convenient parking at the back and orders are made via tablet.
