31/03/2025: I'll start by saying that I've been to many pizzerias between Cavaglià and Piverone, and so I've tried their pizzas. Las Vegas seems like a simple take-out pizzeria, but what shocked me was the taste, the soft dough, the abundant service! It's a Real Pizza! I Love that Pizza Chef! The pizza must be ordered by phone if you don't want to risk not being able to serve it before 8:00 pm, around 5:30 pm. I recommend it to everyone because I'm very picky about pizza! Oh...among other things it's cheap. No guys! It's a Monster! I can't keep quiet when I eat his pizza! I continue with mmmm good...mmmm too good...I Love it...Too much...but too Good! Since I know you'll read my review and go there, convince him not to retire! I can't find pizzas like this made by old generations anymore! By the way! Look, he didn't pay me to write a review! On the contrary! He would like a low profile to work less....but I am absolutely of the opinion that when someone deserves it, it should be said! 29/07/2025: Located inside a small villa, this small restaurant offers a refined yet informal atmosphere. The dining rooms and outdoor terrace, each with a different style, create a cheerful and family-friendly atmosphere. Classy cuisine at affordable prices. Excellent service.

16/04/2025: Hotel 5 min walk from Biella S.Paolo station. Cozy and clean, rooms with everything you need. Each room has a convenient magnetic card that allows access to the hotel when there are no staff. The only flaw, if I want to point out one, is the only power socket at the desk and not near the bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Buffet breakfast in the pastry bar, also accessible to those who are not staying, with Iginio Massari pastry products. The location is perfect both for taking public transport (stops before Piazza Adua or at the nearby train station) and for dining around for lunch/dinner and for visiting the center on foot. I recommend it!

29/04/2025: A point of reference for quality and innovation for years. The two brothers, one in the dining room and one in the kitchen, are good, professional. Creative but uncomplicated cuisine, different from that of the new "chefs" who make you pay even for the air you breathe and empty your wallet by giving you less than you expected.

24/07/2025: Mushroom feast with my biker friends. They were very willing to find solutions for me, a vegan: special mention for the fried mushrooms breaded in polenta flour, which were also appreciated by my omnivorous friends. The prices were absolutely fair. I'll definitely be back.

15/07/2025: An excellent place for lunch to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Superlative food, very professional service. Centrally located in Biella, in a historic building. The entrée is served upon arrival and accompanied by coffee. Each course is perfect, both in presentation and flavor, and very balanced. We will definitely be back, and congratulations!

04/07/2025: Samsung conference was at the hotel while we were. They sang karaoke until the early morning (1:00AM) outside on a loud speaker. Tried to ask for a new room, away from the noise, but everything was booked for Samsung. The hotel reimbursed me for my dinner as a resolution, which I accepted, but I'd rather have sleep. if you want to sleep, check if they're having a party the nights you stay
