25/04/2025: Clienti: famiglia con 2 bimbi di 3 e 5 anni. Silenzio tombale in sala tanto che eravamo davvero in difficoltà coi bimbi. Il proprietario si è premurato di spaventare i bimbi dicendo loro che sarebbero venuti gli immigrati a mangiarli e altri discorsi ben poco cortesi e comunque di poco gusto. Cibo tipico e buono. La signora fredda al punto giusto da togliere letteralmente di mano i grissini al bimbo che lì stava mangiando nel ketchup (noi clienti abbiamo sempre il dubbio che le stesse salse vengano riproposte a più tavoli, ma con questo gesto si è palesato) p.s salsine in ciotoline di plastica che non rendono onore e giustizia ai bei piatti piemontesi eleganti e raffinati. Porzioni di salse estremamente eccessive per quei 4 pezzi di bollito (tant'è che il bimbo ci aiutava a mangiarle). Se avete voglia di un buon risotto e siete di fretta solo tra adulti fattibile ma sicuramente c' è altro. A mai più.

11/03/2025: I am a young boy who attends the Eugenio Bona Technical Commercial Institute, and I must say that this place is wonderful in all aspects, the staff is incredibly friendly, the environment is clean, perfect and very nice, not to mention the croissants and cappuccinos, which seem to be made in the Neapolitan style (the croissants are in fact super filled with creams) and the cappuccino wakes you up perfectly in the morning. I find this place to be a suitable place for all boys, men and women who need an electric shock in the morning! Furthermore, they offer many services, including Free Wifi, which if needed, is a blessing from heaven especially nowadays. Super Approved!

19/04/2025: High level restaurant, the first I tried that was in a Michelin guide - the 23. Impeccable service, the environment of the restaurant is welcoming, elegant and very clean, nothing is left to chance and every furnishing element is well suited to the restaurant. Excellent choice of food even just à la carte, and for a restaurant present in a Michelin Guide, the bill is only slightly higher than that of a "normal" restaurant. An experience I want to repeat.

04/03/2025: Venire da Milano a Biella praticamente per cenare qui da Matteo dovrebbe essere già un modo per dire che merita, ormai ogni volta che siamo in zona, è una tappa obbligata, locale curato e piatti che valgono la menzione sulla guida Michelin, bravi !

However, the place is very nice, well supplied with shops and also with services, it seems quite new. Inside there are more or less the usual shops that are also found in other shopping centers, but I really liked how it was thought out and designed

10/06/2025: Beautiful shopping center, where you can spend a day with the whole family shopping! You can find everything, from food to various clothing stores, both for adults and children, !! Beautiful place!! I will definitely go back

12/06/2025: Very positive stay, very well-kept structure. The room was large, the bed perhaps a little hard, but this is subjective. The bathroom was also nice and large, but I personally hate having to take a shower in the tub with these boxes with movable panels that take you 5 minutes to prepare before you can take a shower! The breakfast was really excellent, international, there was a great choice for all tastes!

06/05/2025: So much for a wellness hotel... The location is a beautiful historic building ruined by tacky interior design, but what really irked me was the staff making me feel like more like a walking wallet than a guest (or even just a person) during my entire stay... How they earned four stars is beyond me!
