We were curious to try this pizzeria because we'd heard good things about it and, based on the photos in the reviews, we expected really large pizzas. The restaurant is decorated in a rustic style, and the staff was quite helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, we had to wait about 55 minutes for our pizzas, even though the restaurant didn't seem particularly crowded. Furthermore, the pizzas didn't even arrive all at once: two were served when our friend was almost finished with his, which made the experience a bit unpleasant. The pizza also disappointed us a bit: the size was fairly average. The dough is very thin and crispy, but the flavor was still decent. The desserts were definitely a positive note: both the gelato and their house dessert were really good. The prices were also reasonable and affordable. Overall, we were a bit disappointed, especially by the long wait and by expectations that, at least in our case, weren't fully met.

We stopped at Barbamatto as pilgrims on the Oropa Way, where they offer a reasonably priced fixed-price menu of appetizers, a main course, dessert, and wine at large tables shared with other pilgrims. We didn't try the pizza, but the dishes they served were excellent.

We stopped by chance today at this restaurant nestled in the green hills. The restaurant is simple but well-kept, trattoria-style. The menu isn't overwhelming either, which I personally find very positive, as it indicates the food isn't pre-cooked or perhaps stored for a long time. It still offers a good variety of dishes at a more than reasonable price: 4 appetizers €6.00 ​​each, 3 first courses €9.00 each, 4 second courses €14.00 each, 3 desserts €6.00 ​​each. With 4 appetizers and 4 second courses with 3 side dishes, all very good and with generous portions, 2 bottles of water and 4 coffees, we spent €90. A truly wonderful experience. We'll definitely return. Reservations are recommended if you go on Sundays.

This restaurant is located in a rural area, far from the town center, along the Serra moraine hill, on the border between the Biella and Canavese areas. I went there for dinner on a Saturday with friends. The restaurant is spacious and informal, a bit noisy in the larger rooms; we were in a small adjacent room where the general chatter was more subdued. We tried traditional Piedmontese meat dishes, all excellent. The meat was good quality, and the rump was perfectly cooked and very tender. The service was efficient. Overall, it was a positive experience. I'd love to return to try the pizzas made with the thin, crispy Roman-style dough.

The food was really good! The service was 4 stars because we waited a bit and they didn't even bring us drinks right away. The waitress was busy in my opinion. It was crowded, so there's definitely room for improvement. The pizza, appetizers, first and second courses were really good! We'll definitely return.
