Good selection of burgers with a variety of flavors and interesting combinations. Good selection of craft beers. The place is a bit chaotic. Young staff, but not always attentive.

Whenever I'm in Biella, I always treat myself to at least one stop at Binario Zero. Among the dishes offered, my favorite is always the hamburger, which I customize each time, choosing the size and the accompanying ingredients. First, however, I begin my Piedmontese gastronomic tour with a round of "Bacetti," an appetizer consisting of bite-sized pieces of beef "in carrozza" (stuffed) with Gorgonzola. If I haven't overdone it by the end of the evening, I often treat myself to a delicious dessert from the chef. Binario Zero, run by always very friendly staff, is one of my go-to places in the city. But be warned: if you're looking for fast food, you're completely off the mark here. Here, you sit down, eat, and drink with friends, without worrying about the clock.

If you're looking for a different burger, then you absolutely have to go to Platform Zero. The wide selection of delicious sandwiches allows you to savor combinations and pairings you'd never have thought of. Artichokes? Yes, an excellent pairing! And what about the hand-chopped beef? Unique! The beers are unique, so beer lovers can indulge here. If you like Raffaello chocolates, well, they make a dessert that's a giant Raffaello. An explosion of flavor! It's also suitable for vegetarians, as there's a decent selection for them. Enjoy your meal!

Very good burger. There could be more smash on the smash burger to get that crust. The potato bun is pretty good but could be a little softer. These are very very small points to make things EVEN better. Take it from a native New Yorker. THE GORGONZOLA IS AMAZING. Price is good too.

Everything was very good. But the service was a shame. (an hour and a half to eat a sandwich and a dessert). I didn't even smile when I walked in and was then left at my table. And it's only Tuesday night, I can't imagine it would be on the weekend.
