Excellent choice of meat and combinations too. The "starters" are very tasty. And the binary chips are the best. Since today they celebrated 10 years, the proceeds were donated to an association...... chapou. I would recommend it to anyone who loves meat and a good burger

un ottimo hamburger degno dei migliori a livello internazionale. ottima la carne . Molto affollato con qualche difficoltà all'inizio poi molto cortesi ed efficienti

Ritornato un anno dopo non posso che confermare il giudizio entusiasta sulla qualità di quanto offerto e sulla cortesia del personale; solo le loro patatine…valgono il viaggio. Buono anche il vino sfuso . Parcheggio facile nei dintorni.

Binario zero sempre buono in fatto di hamburger. Poco da fare. Poi con l'aggiunta degli ingredienti che vuoi caschi sempre a fagiolo.. Anche come birre sono forniti, hanno una bella scelta. Ho appena provato il panino Il Brasato.. SPAZIALE!!

Assolutamente il mio ristorante preferito nella zona del biellese. Staff sempre cordiale, simpatico e attento. Gli hamburger sono di qualità altissima e ben curati, non mancano novità mensuali nel menú. Ottime birre artigianali. Un obbligo fermarsi qui se si è di passaggio o se si vuole gustare di un ottimo pranzo/cena.

24/02/2024: We have been customers since they opened and over the years we have found the continuous commitment to improve, with the right mix of quality and price they are personally the best in Biella. One thing I would like to point out is the girl who serves ''la GAIA'' who has distinctly commercial skills and with her actions she often makes you think about the menu and you almost always fall for it. Last night, for example, we were forced to eat the Catalan dessert "among other things, excellent, I recommend it", then yesterday again on his advice we ate a proposal, which three out of three we named the best 2024 with artisanal cobbler accompanied from a local beer, produced by a micro-brewery born in Candelo and which, with everyone's pride, is going a long way, try it, it's rosé and has had national recognition but I don't remember the name. However, as usual, an evening with friends, which after a bit of sport, ended with the satisfaction of the senses. Thanks see you next time

Ristorante Borgonuovo

18/03/2024: An authentic place, with its history, warm (also in terms of climate for its excellent stoves), welcoming both for the environment and for the table service of the waitresses and above all for the owner of the restaurant, very friendly and approachable. Excellent food! Normal prices. I will definitely return.
25/02/2024: We went with a couple of friends today for lunch and despite the somewhat late hour, the lady very kindly made us wait 5 minutes to be seated. Not a very large place but very nice, where the friendliness of the owner and staff was not lacking, Big onion and truly sublime battered vegetables, pear risotto, Zola and unique pistachio🤗. All good, absolutely 5 full, to be done again. Thanks 🙏
