04/04/2026: I visited Acqua e Farina in Biella for the third time this evening – and it was absolutely worth it again.
The quality is consistently very high: the pizzas are excellent, perfectly balanced in flavor, and topped with high-quality ingredients. You can immediately tell that real skill and passion go into making them. No wonder the pizzaiolo has won multiple awards – you can taste it in every bite.
The service is also consistently impressive: friendly, attentive, and warm. Add to that a pleasant, family-like atmosphere where you immediately feel at ease.
I especially appreciate that vegetarians have a very good selection on the menu and are definitely not left out.
For me, it's a clear 5 stars – I'll definitely be back!

An incredible selection of pizzas, both red and white, all delicious. The place is simple but quaint and welcoming. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Even our friends, when they come to dinner and we order pizza, are blown away by how good it is. Plus, you can also choose from various fried foods or panuozzi. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Truly BRILLIANT!

07/04/2026: I definitely recommend it for the excellent Milanese "elephant ear" cutlet, served with baked potatoes and a salad. It costs €15 and is absolutely delicious!
The chef was also very kind and offered us homemade garlic bread.
Competitive prices. Dinner menu with a first and second course starts at €15. There's no cover charge.
