02/03/2026: Very nice atmosphere, it feels like you're outside the city rather than right in the heart of Biella. A peaceful corner framed by these beautiful persimmon trees. A diverse selection of pastries and drinks. Very good coffee.

09/02/2026: What can I say? I came in for an aperitif and left with two more friends. Homemade cuisine with interesting delicacies, and the wine list is also excellent. The atmosphere is super welcoming, you feel right at home. Highly recommended.

04/04/2026: Excellent coffee and cappuccino, the croissants are delicious, the atmosphere is clean, and the staff is very friendly. Every time we come to Italy and throughout our stay, it's a regular stop for breakfast.
13/03/2026: Today I tasted the worst coffee of my life.
It was so burnt I asked for it to be remade.
They remade it, and it was worse than before.
And yet it was packed.
But I'm sure they were there to show off rather than to enjoy something good. Ultimately, what matters is just being seen in this city that has nothing left... Not even good food.
PS. At least purge between each coffee... it only takes a second, and it's the basics of making coffee.

10/08/2025: I only had a drink, given the crazy heat today 10/08/2025... it seemed like the least I could do. Fast service, smiling and good girls. When I come to Candelo it's a pleasure to come here, prices in line with other bars.

12/02/2026: A go-to place for breakfast, lunch, and aperitifs, offering high-quality and imaginative pastries (fruit croissants, marron glacé, chocolate, and a wide variety of desserts).
The savory options are also excellent (pizza slices, savory brioche, toast).
It struggles a bit when the place gets crowded and the afternoon hours are a bit short.

19/11/2023: Eravamo clienti del locale con la gestione precedente, abbiamo deciso di provare con la nuova gestione la per la colazione, che dire “mai più” ci sediamo al tavolo e arriva la ragazza per prendere l’ordine, chiedo che brioche c’erano e per tutta risposta mi dice che non sà e dovevamo andare al banco a vedere… ma dai …. alle 9.30, 3 brioche e neppure le sai???? Da precisare che all’interno del locale c’erano solo altri 4 clienti, quindi nemmeno la scusante della “confusione” . Ma la chicca alla cassa, non possiamo pagare con il bancomat perché non si può, e in contanti pretende le monete della restante parte; si capisce la motivazione quando ci dà il resto perché ci stava dando il triplo di quanto dovevamo pagare …. diciamo che la professionalità e la contabilità non erano alla sua portata…. La prossima volta tiro dritto e si va da un’altra parte.

07/06/2025: Tappa suggerita da un articolo di giornale ma il locale sebbene in centro città e di gran dimensioni risulta lasciato andare e decadente con una gran confusione. Famoso per i suoi canestrelli biellesi che sono in bella mostra anche confezionati con carta lucida dai colori accesi. Servizio alla mano ma poco presente. Prezzi gonfiano per il loro articolo di punta.
23/04/2025: A Biella per lavoro, su consiglio di una collega del luogo ho preso in questa pasticceria i loro noti "canestrelli". Prodotto di qualità elevata ma ho preso la confezione piccola per via del prezzo piuttosto elevato.

14/08/2025: What can I say? I practically grew up with this place. I've been going there since I was barely 18, so...my whole life! 😅
A guarantee for anyone looking to spend a great evening sipping an excellent beer or grabbing some appetizers. The atmosphere is beautiful and welcoming, the staff is always friendly, and the prices are excellent!
I miss the days of live concerts a bit (who could forget the legendary Cherry Pie or Revolver, who have graced the stage here many times!), but I hope to be back soon to cheer on some bands...as soon as this period of economic and energy uncertainty is over!
Oh, I forgot...there's ample parking right in front of the entrance and in the back, so it's really convenient! 👍
