11/04/2026: I had some really good pasta dishes, tasty, freshly made, and flavorful! I highly recommend them! The pizza also looks very good. Since everything is made fresh, there's a bit of a wait, but it's very pleasant because the owners are friendly and there's also a small garden out back to enjoy or wait in. I highly recommend them!!!

07/04/2026: Always a wonderful experience, from the ease of access to these still relatively unspoiled places to the attention to detail in the rooms, the friendliness of the hosts, and the truly delicious food. Don't underestimate the beauty of the night sky, which is excellent for photography.
28/03/2026: A stunning refuge with a breathtaking view, tastefully decorated and comfortable interiors. The service, like the food, doesn't live up to the setting. The staff is unprepared and at times even listless, the food is reheated and seriously overpriced.
It's a shame because it has potential, it just needs a little more attention.

29/04/2026: I'm not giving ratings, but a plea: those with celiac disease are looking for reassurance, but they can't give it! Having already eaten at a restaurant is not synonymous with safety! AND IT DOESN'T DEPEND ON HOW MUCH A CELIAC YOU HAVE!!! You either have celiac disease or you don't! A common guideline that emphasizes customer care and not fear aimed at avoiding responsibility would be appropriate... no stars for the food: it was served to me and then taken away because it might have contained gluten!!!

It was a real pleasure to visit you again at Bagatto for lunch. I had fond memories of the restaurants you managed over the years, and this time you did not disappoint!
As always, you treated me wonderfully, making me feel at home, and the lunch break was delicious. We ate wonderfully, drank excellent wine, and the chef, as always, did an exceptional job. My compliments to her!
Bagatto is a truly charming and welcoming place in the center of Biella. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-end dining experience in a family atmosphere.

06/10/2025: We had dinner at a porcini mushroom evening. We had a mixed appetizer with Piedmontese products, raw meat with porcini mushrooms, tagliatelle, and then fried porcini mushrooms! Everything was delicious: the meat was incredibly fresh and the local porcini mushrooms were incredibly tasty! We paired it with a bottle of red wine that was recommended from the selection, and it was perfect! Finally, the desserts, which we sampled each one to try, were exceptional! The price was very fair! I highly recommend! We'll be back!
