26/02/2024: It's strange to put your all into a simple informal restaurant.
You enter and you feel catapulted back in time, the owner looks at you and you think he will send you away as soon as possible.
And instead behind that gruff look hides a very sweet person, with his ways, with his times.
We arrived without a reservation, with the kitchen due to close shortly thereafter, and what's more we had a certain urgency.
There was everything to send us to hell.
And instead he found us a place, brought us everything on time, brought us a huge portion of polenta and venison, very tender and delicious.
The same goes for polenta with sausage.
As well as the homemade desserts.
And above all a wonderful grappa. All at a fair price.
We only had one regret, not having also thanked his wife in the kitchen.

24/09/2023: Colazione a Rosazza. arrivati un po' prima dell'orario del pranzo ci e' stato comunque possibile ordinare due tazze di caffe con dell'ottima marmellata pane e burro.
Motorizzati si arriva solo dal versante di Oropa in quanto la strada verso la panoramica e' interrotta x una frana all'altezza del santuario.
Aperto solo nel weekend x pranzo. Se siete intenziotati di consumare altro (tipo merenda) vi consiglio di chiamare in quanto gli orari di apertura presenti su internet potrebbero essere fuorvianti

30/01/2024: Buon ristorante in Valle Cervo.
Ora é stato ristrutturato ma non tutte le camere.
Si mangia bene a patto di prendere i piatti consigliati del giorno e la famosa loro trota di allevamento (al burro o alla griglia)
Hanno aumentato i prezzi, il Covid si é sentito
Il vino costa.
26/11/2023: A settembre, il sabato sera alle 8.15 la cucina era chiusa e non vi hanno accettato ( nonostante fossimo con un bimbo piccolo)...oggi, domenica, per pranzo, alle 13.45 la stessa storia...magari si mangia bene, ma con le galline!!!! A noi che non.siamo pennuti non è dato sapere!!!!
