17/11/2024: I went to this place for lunch this Saturday. New and bright place, friendly and helpful staff. The kitchen offers appetizers based on very fresh cold cuts (as the name of the place suggests), we tried the platter with raw ham, goat cheese and honey and it was good, really excellent ham. We then had a cut of beef, mine was excellent, my friend's was found to have a bit of nerves. Prices perhaps slightly above the Biella average.

30/08/2024: intrigued by the excellent reviews and some newspaper articles, we ordered a nice assortment of biscuits (around €100). Overall verdict: these do a different sport, they win the ring for the best biscuits in the world. They are the Chicago Bulls of dry pastries. The flavors and aromas you feel in their biscuits are top 10. I have never tasted biscuits of this level. Obsessive attention is also paid to the packaging to ensure the biscuits arrive perfectly intact. Overall rating 10 for everything. Absolute perfection. Very Very Very Very Very Satisfied. To be repeated and repeated and repeated.

04/12/2024: My favorite pastry shop in Biella. However, the truffle cappuccino is very expensive and the croissants are the best in the area. The only negative note is the style of the bar which is too retro and not very chic in my opinion. For the rest of the staff always courteous and prepared.

13/02/2024: Una scoperta molto piacevole. Innanzi tutto personale gentile sin dal momento della prenotazione. Poche proposte ma molto interessanti e ben eseguite. Giro di antipasti piemontesi composto da giardiniera home made, san carlino, peperoni in bagna cauda, sformato di carciofi con fonduta. Ci sarebbe stato bene anche un assaggio di vitello tonnato..... Come primo gnocchetti di barbabietola con crema di gorgonzola e tagliatelle al ragù di salsiccia toscana... Come secondo guancetta al vino rosso servita con polenta. Dessert Tiramisu. Questi ottimi piatti sono stati accompagnati da un altrettanto ottimo pinot grigio. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Che dire? Già messo in agenda e ci ritorneremo.

10/11/2024: NEW MANAGEMENT! I called to reserve 3 wholemeal margherita pizzas. The lady who answered the phone told me that they don't do full-service, from there I was told that new management took over 3 months ago. So I order the Margherita pizzas with normal dough and set out to collect them at the agreed time. In the past, normally on Sunday evenings when I entered the restaurant, I would see people around me coming in or waiting to be able to sit at the table and the restaurant was full of people, not to mention their phone kept ringing. This evening when I entered, the place was empty (on a Sunday evening, it seemed incredible to me) and there was no telephone never rang. I waited 15 minutes to receive the pizzas and here's the best part... A takeaway margherita pizza €8 You understand well why the place was empty. Prices too excessive! Chewy pizza, hopefully at least digestible.

03/11/2024: Pizzas with burnt bottoms which gave a bitter taste, vegetarian pizzas with a slightly acidic taste, with vegetables cut into small pieces.😖 There is better!
