15/05/2026: We stopped to load our vehicle and wanted to get something to eat.
We waited 15 minutes in the bar; the waitress made countless trips back and forth in front of us to serve other customers. She called out a curt "I'll be right back," and after 15 minutes we left without having eaten or drunk anything. Appalling service!
01/05/2026: It's very nice to have lunch on the veranda overlooking the large golf course.

29/04/2026: I'm not giving ratings, but a plea: those with celiac disease are looking for reassurance, but they can't give it! Having already eaten at a restaurant is not synonymous with safety! AND IT DOESN'T DEPEND ON HOW MUCH A CELIAC YOU HAVE!!! You either have celiac disease or you don't! A common guideline that emphasizes customer care and not fear aimed at avoiding responsibility would be appropriate... no stars for the food: it was served to me and then taken away because it might have contained gluten!!!

23/02/2024: Ogni sera c’è un problema per cui non è possibile entrare.
Una volta per il documento (e sono visivamente maggiorenne) l’altra per il pantalone un po’ strappato, per poi fare entrare altre persone vestite peggio.
Situazioni ridicole. Ricordatevi che siamo a Verbania e non a Milano. La clientela dovete tenervela.

17/08/2024: Sono stata in questo locale lunedì scorso, tra l altro, giorno di riposo e ci hanno fatto un grandissimo favore ad aprire solo per noi (11 persone). Locale accogliente, personale simpatico, attento e sorridente, Giuseppe ci ha coccolati per tutta la serata, con sorpresa organizzata dalla mia famiglia per i miei 50 anni. Ci hanno preparato un antipasto sfizioso con gnocco fritto e focaccia con affettati, tutto molto buono; il giro carne spettacolare!!! Ci tornerò sicuramente e li consiglio vivamente. Se aprissero al Lago di Garda sarei una cliente fissa . Grazie razie di cuore a tutti lo staff
