We came for lunch by chance, and we got a real gastronomic feast! Special thanks to Lorenzo for his positivity and mood. Polenta and venison are simply beyond any praise. It is incredibly delicious! Whenever I go to Oropa and want to eat polenta concia, I go to this place. The food is delicious and the portions are generous. The service is good and the atmosphere is very pleasant, very much like a mountain trattoria; I love it.

03/06/2026: People come here for Chef Marco's excellent cuisine, for the creamed codfish rated excellent by those whose grandmother was Venetian, and also for the best fried fish in the Biella area. Very friendly staff, clean and tidy but a bit dated, frankly not suitable for those looking for an elegant venue.

02/05/2026: Truly everything was delicious! We ordered the €40 tasting menu. You leave the restaurant rolling with joy! So much food, and everything was truly delicious! Pictured are the cold appetizers and dessert. The menu also included hot appetizers, a first and second course, and a bottle of wine. We were a group of six who had just returned from a walk that included a visit to the Burcina. We were served impeccably, despite the restaurant being full. My advice is to book, not only to secure a seat, but because you have to try it! Truly top-notch!
12/04/2026: I went for a themed lunch Piedmontese-style mixed fried fish. Elegant restaurant, friendly and very helpful staff. Excellent food and good wine. Thank you for the fabulous experience. I'll definitely be back. Must try.
