18/10/2025: A place with meticulous attention to detail, immersed in a priceless autumn atmosphere. The staff is young, friendly, and incredibly helpful—there's a truly wonderful energy! The menu is seasonal and truly delicious, perfect even for vegetarians: out of three main courses, only one was meaty, so you can easily enjoy the entire tasting menu. We ate outside, and it was wonderful—among the colors of the park and the aromas of the kitchen. Plus, we went with our three Chihuahuas, and they were made very welcome! An experience to repeat 💛

05/10/2025: Everything was beautiful and charming. The view of the lake was stunning, and the staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. The traditional dishes were cooked to perfection and of excellent quality. The wine selection was also good.

29/09/2025: Pizzeria restaurant also open for lunch. Both meat and fish. Friendly and courteous staff, decent food, and a wine list that could be improved. Overall, we had a good lunch and will definitely consider it again if we return to Biella.

19/10/2025: We relied on this pastry shop to prepare the buffet for my daughter's baptism. What can I say? From savory to sweet, we couldn't find a single flaw; the guests also greatly appreciated the variety of pretzels, pizzas, pastries, and cream puffs. Highly recommended! The owner was very kind, professional, and helpful!

23/09/2025: Biancaneve restaurant is a pleasant choice if you're looking for quality and attention to both food and service. Giulia manages and supervises everything; nothing escapes her notice. Excellent service from the kitchen and dining room staff as well. I highly recommend it and suggest booking in advance, especially on weekends.

01/11/2025: We stopped by after a hike in Burcina Park (and we had a car in Vandorno). We were completely satisfied with the courtesy, selection, and quality of the pastries and coffee. And thank you for being open on a holiday, in the afternoon (which isn't a given).

The restaurant is decorated in a distinctive style, the staff is friendly and dynamic (all young, which is a pleasure), and the menu is varied. Excellent wines and spirits, also great for gifts. Wide selection of desserts. My compliments to everyone, always on point. Keep up the good work, see you next time!
