01/06/2025: I won't go on with too many words, beautiful things don't need to. They shine with their own light. Today we had lunch here. Sublime. Friendly, professional staff who at the same time make you feel immediately at home. Liliana and Valentina are truly special people. Everything is worth it, from the entrance to the coffee. Excellent location, despite the 30° outside, it's great here. Congratulations for everything you made us experience in this special lunch. Both the appetizers and the first courses, the desserts and the pizza, not to mention the wines! We'll definitely be back! Thank you!

22/05/2025: I ate the pizza with local ham and Maccagno cheese, well-made and leavened dough... cooked to perfection. To finish, a local dessert with amaretti, excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend.

20/05/2025: Piccolo ristorante arrampicato sulla montagna del bacino di Suviana, si avvale di un bel panorama ma…. di scarsa sostanza. Con amici ho cenato in questo ristorante. Ho ordinato il Peposo, una sorta di spezzatino di manzo molto pepato. Mi è arrivato un piatto con al centro quattro pezzetti di spezzatino e attorno delle erbette. Ho faticato capire il sapore dello spezzatino perché la porzione era veramente misera. L’ho comunicato alla cameriera ma non ho avuto risposta. Al momento del pagamento ho chiesto di parlare col cuoco il quale ha detto che la porzione era da 2hg e ½. Allora lì mi sono sentita veramente presa in giro perché quattro miseri pezzetti di carne non fanno quel peso. Anche i miei amici non sono stati particolarmente soddisfatti, neanche loro avevano dei piatti piuttosto scarsi, e hanno convenuto che il mio piatto era veramente una presa in giro. Se in cucina avessero finito questo spezzatino avrebbero fatto più bella figura a dirlo chiaramente, avrei cambiato ordinazione. Sicuramente non ci tornerò più.

27/07/2025: In one word, wonderful....the ideal location for a wedding or any other event where you want to wow your guests....the food is fantastic. I gave the rooms 5 stars even though I haven't seen them, but given the location, they can only live up to the setting. Definitely worth a try.

24/07/2025: We were at Tenuta Variselle on July 20th for my daughter's wedding. Believe me, the Busca family is exceptional! The venue is fantastic, both inside and out. The food is delicious, with unique flavors, from aperitif to dessert. The wines are excellent. And what about the staff? Impeccable, smiling, and always attentive to guests. One very important and fundamental thing: spotless restrooms at any time of day. Finally: professionalism, elegance, and kindness are not to be taken for granted, especially when managing events with more than 100 people: the Busca family is undeniable, unique, and, along with their staff, they are doing an exceptional job. Thank you for working so hard to make our day unforgettable.

05/08/2025: We spent one night at the Hotel Marina Viverone and had a wonderful time. The hotel is located right on a beautiful lake with a great atmosphere. The restaurant for dinner is also really excellent. Extremely attentive and quick service, with excellent hospitality. The value for money is also good. The hotel also has a pool. All the staff are extremely helpful, except for the woman who works at the bar. She is quite unfriendly. All in all, a really great hotel for a stopover.

28/07/2025: I had already come for a week in 1998 and I had appreciated the lake and the location of the hotel. I wanted to stop again this year, we had lunch at the restaurant (a delicious cheese risotto) the restaurant and its garden and swimming pool are still as clean and pleasant.

24/06/2025: The staff are very amicable, the place in itself is very cute, surprisingly so for such a small village. The music is awesome. Nice for a sandwich or a drink.

31/07/2025: Serata d'estate,siamo stati in questo ristorante sulla collina del lago di viverone,pranzato e cenato in modo eccellente... Vi consiglio di andare e soggiornare nel loro hotel... Pranzato con antipasti e tagliolini con tartufo ..cenato con coregone al forno con contorno di patate e dolci..... Prezzo adeguato.... Personale gentilissimo.....

18/05/2025: It was the meeting point, Saturday 10 May, of the Btg Gemona during the Alpini gathering in Biella. Normal prices (a large salad with corn, tuna, mozzarella, tomato, a Pepsi and a coffee for €10) and quick to serve, despite the chaos of people. I take this opportunity, of this review, to thank you Sergio.

10/03/2025: Ottimo locale per la pausa pranzo. Vasta scelta di panini e non solo, buona birra. Prezzi nella media. Il panino che ho preso era molto buono, sia il ripieno che il pane. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

11/07/2025: Inside the Burcina Biella park, a small restaurant nestled in the middle of the forest. Excellent food, meticulously prepared and beautifully presented. The owners are very helpful and friendly. After eating, you can relax and bask in the natural surroundings. A very relaxing place. Reservations are recommended!
