An unforgettable stay in this magnificent location in the Piedmont mountains. The building is superb, as are the decor and the history behind it. The "America" ​​room was truly splendid. You really feel at home. There are so many rooms, each more beautiful than the last. The grounds are superbly maintained, and there are plenty of relaxing spots. The service was also excellent and very professional. A future stay at this establishment is definitely planned.

I stayed at this hotel with my two friends. The service (especially in the morning) was excellent, and the breakfast was extremely good and in a beautiful courtyard. The rooms were fine - the view was amazing and the old style had been maintained well and respectfully. However, for the very high price (300€/night) the beds, especially the third bed, were not very comfortable. Furthermore, we were sent a message on whatsapp the day of our reservation that we needed to check in and send our ID documents via whatsapp. We were not comfortable doing that, so we showed up at the hotel during the reception hours that were communicated to us. We were able to check in fine, however, the receptionist did not show us or mention the common areas (courtyard, lounge, bar…) and thus we might have missed some amenities.

I was stunned by the beauty of this place, immersed in the nature of the Cervo Valley. Greeted by the friendly staff, it was like entering a magical place, which conveys a feeling of tranquility and well-being. For the tasting, I chose the "A Journey in Constant Evolution" menu and truly appreciated the ability to change some of the dishes on the menu if desired. I've never found this option in any other Michelin-starred or non-Michelin-starred restaurant I've tried! Lunch was exceptional; the "Cacio e Pino" was the dish that struck me the most! The bold, intense flavor of the cheese blends with the citrus notes of the lemon and the balsamic notes of the spruce! The dessert was also very special: a Piedmontese shortcrust pastry gelato paired with Taggiasca olives. It's surprising at first, but then, combined with the other ingredients, it becomes a dessert you'll never want to end! Compliments to Chef Erika Gotta and the entire staff; it's definitely worth the trip, and I can't wait to return!
