Unica pecca il tempo trascorso tra il servizio del primo e del secondo, troppo lungo. Detto questo ci torneremo molto volentieri. Prezzo corretto.

11/07/2025: I received a lunch for two at Il Tiglio Restaurant in Montemonaco as a gift for my birthday. Never was a gift more welcome! It was a truly unique experience! We ate wonderfully; the dishes were very unique, including some daring combinations, but they were perfectly balanced! We also ate a lot, and we left happy and satisfied. Looking at the online menu, I can say that the price is definitely justified by the quality of the ingredients, the planning, and the execution of the dishes, which are sometimes quite complex. I recommend everyone try an experience like this at least once in their lives. If we could do it more often, it would be fantastic. A lunch to remember!

The restaurant is meticulously designed down to the last detail, with a warm, elegant, and welcoming atmosphere that immediately creates the ideal setting for a special evening. The service was impeccable: professional, attentive, and friendly, with staff always present but never intrusive. We felt welcomed and pampered throughout the dinner. The cuisine was a true experience: high-quality ingredients, enhanced by well-conceived dishes, balanced in flavor, and carefully presented. From appetizer to dessert, every course confirmed the passion and expertise that permeates this restaurant. The prices are absolutely average, especially considering the quality of the dishes and the level of service provided. Excellent value. Al Venti is a restaurant we enthusiastically recommend and will definitely return to. Thank you so much to the staff for making our anniversary so memorable!

11/06/2025: We were at the Il Faggio restaurant in Pollone and we can only express our enthusiasm for the experience. Local cuisine with attention to detail, dishes rich in flavor and elegantly presented, all in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, surrounded by the greenery of the Burcina park. A special thanks goes to the owner, for the sincere hospitality and passion that shines through in every aspect of the restaurant, and to the waiter Stefan, attentive, kind and always smiling, who made our lunch even more enjoyable with his professionalism and courtesy. Highly recommended to those looking for an authentic and quality experience in the Biella area. We will definitely be back!

13/05/2025: Wonderful pastry shop, full of excellent local products, made with skill and care. The traditional torcetti are excellent as are all the specialties offered. Very kind and courteous staff. Also worth a visit is the new museum on the history of the business that makes you understand once again where the quality comes from.

19/07/2025: The best piadinas in Cossato If you're passing through Cossato, you can't miss it.

18/07/2025: I ordered three piadinas to take away. They were filled in an unbalanced way, and the ingredients didn't seem to be of the highest quality. There was also a mistake, and one of the piadinas was filled with cooked ham. It can happen, but it's a rather problematic mistake when you're vegetarian and find yourself without dinner.

28/07/2025: Typical brewery pub: busy, loud (when full), very good draft beer, varied cuisine ranging from traditional Piedmontese to modern (burgers, ribs, pulled pork), and also very good pizza. My special recommendation is the Sgabei, a small appetizer of fried yeast dough sticks wrapped while still warm in Parma ham or (even tastier!) with wafer-thinly sliced lardo from Arnad in the Aosta Valley. Great! And if you can't miss out on Franconian food: there's also a stinco, a pork knuckle, braised rather than grilled, with sauerkraut and dark beer sauce (and fries... they don't do dumplings here). Reservations are recommended, especially on weekends, as the brewery is very popular with younger guests. Six beers are available on tap: Bionda, a pale ale; Cruda - a cellar beer; Ambrata - a dark beer; Doppio malto - a double bock; Rossa – a dark double bock, and a wheat beer. Starting in November, a Christmas beer will also be available. All in three sizes: piccola – 0.2, between 3.50 and 4.50; media – 0.4, between 5.50 and 6.50; and one liter (11.- - 12.-).

25/07/2025: It's been years since I've been back, and usually you're disappointed, but this time I was thrilled once again. The raw beer was fantastic, the shank equally delicious, and I was amazed by the pizza, which was very reasonably priced and excellent quality. It featured caramelized onions and tuna, simple but very tasty and well-cooked. It's a shame it's so far away for me.

04/05/2025: A very nice place with a beautiful view. I was there for an outdoor wedding lunch. The managers were very kind and friendly. The food was very good even in its simplicity but you could feel the quality of the products. All our friends and relatives had a very good time. I recommend it!!

25/07/2025: Every now and then I stop for an excellent, really excellent 80's style pizza but done well, NOT the usual gourmet or fake Neapolitan pizzas... beer is equally good in a simple environment and you can also eat outside.

22/07/2025: We ordered 3 pizzas + dessert, which were large and delicious, and ready in just a few minutes. Very reasonable prices and great service. Can't wait to come back again :)
