25/04/2026: A gem nestled in a stunning park, we stumbled upon it somewhat by chance. Even though they were very busy, they went out of their way to accommodate us for an unexpectedly unforgettable lunch. We enjoyed the trio of appetizers, the Pellinense soup (I think that's what it's called), and the vegetarian platter. Three courses for two (generous portions), mountain water, and a decent, drinkable carafe of wine, all for less than €50. Carefully prepared dishes and friendly service, with a very rare ingredient: humanity. The restaurant industry needs young people like this. Thank you.

15/06/2026: A very nice and well-kept place, the food is good but not memorable. Let's just say the food is good, but there's nothing that makes it worth returning specifically. The only downside, in my opinion, is the service, which is at times sloppy and unprofessional. There are many young people on the staff who could probably benefit from more and better supervision. Overall, I've felt quite uncomfortable on several occasions, which is a shame because the food is good and the place is very beautiful. I'd been here for the first time five years ago and had the same impression, but I thought I'd had an unlucky evening. The prices are appropriate for the location, both in terms of ambience and geographical location, but they're not adequately supported by the food and service.

02/02/2026: The restaurant is surrounded by somewhat dilapidated buildings and trattoria-like signs that make you wonder if you're in the right place. Fortunately, once you're inside and savor their dishes, any doubts vanish, leaving room for the satisfaction of savoring high-quality cuisine. Of the many Michelin-starred restaurants I've visited in Piedmont, this is certainly one of the best. Each dish was refined and well-crafted, never lacking in nonsense or neglecting flavors and textures. The service was good but aseptic (just a quick briefing about the dish and off we went), a bit slow (we sat down at 1:00 PM, got up after 4:00 PM), and even the chef was glimpsed in the dining room for just 30 seconds to greet someone I believe was a regular. So perhaps I missed the guidance during the tasting experience, but that's a very subjective factor. The price was truly excellent. Ultimately, this is a restaurant you absolutely must try. Highly recommended.

18/05/2026: In this period in which money is never enough and we try to save wherever we can, going to a restaurant doesn't happen often.... this is DEFINITELY the BEST RESTAURANT in which to decide to treat yourself.... EXCELLENT DISHES, FAIR QUALITY/PRICE RATIO, VERY KIND and SMILING STAFF in a VERY NICE and WELCOMING ATMOSPHERE.

16/05/2026: A Piedmontese restaurant with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. Excellent cuisine, with carefully crafted dishes and a variety to suit all tastes. The service is impeccable, attentive, and friendly. The welcome aperitif and the mandarin oranges offered before dessert were very welcome—small details that really make a difference. A place you'll want to return to.
