I had the pizza of the month, it was fabulous with cherry tomatoes, asparagus sauce, grilled speck, slow-cooked calamari, basil, toasted almonds, and a whole-grain dough. What can I say...you can't find a gourmet pizza like this everywhere. I was also pleased with the very chic service and the pizza, the kitchen, the pizza chef right there in front of everyone, and impeccably clean!! I was satisfied, I will definitely be back!!!

Every time I go, they always offer a small appetizer or some fruit with dessert (last time, mandarin oranges). These are small touches that contribute to a warm and pleasant atmosphere. It's like being at home!

17/03/2026: The food was really good! The service was 4 stars because we waited a bit and they didn't even bring us drinks right away. The waitress was busy in my opinion. It was crowded, so there's definitely room for improvement. The pizza, appetizers, first and second courses were really good! We'll definitely return.

01/12/2025: I've been twice in the evening and had a pretty good time. Our most recent lunch experience was: Shrimp, ricotta, and lime risotto (with a couple of lime sprinkles on top as a garnish) didn't wow us, but it was just about adequate... As for the Fassona steaks, however, they were a total disappointment. They arrived barely warm (a hot dish... as it should be... would have saved the situation a bit). There were some nerves/cartilage, a sign that the meat... not much... had been prepared with a somewhat rough cut. The service was friendly and quick. (I should note that the room was almost empty, so there was no difficulty in serving well-cooked dishes.) The atmosphere is a bit classic but well-kept (the plastic chairs without cushions are a bit out of place). In short, I wouldn't go back!!!

18/12/2025: A superb seafood dinner. We chose the tasting menu, which was a surprise and discovery with every bite... an absolute pleasure for the palate! Not to mention the wine paired with each course, perfectly paired and of superior quality. A total of 10+, definitely the best place to eat seafood in the Biella area and the surrounding area. Congratulations!

The wait staff was very knowledgeable and attentive, the wine list extensive, and the dishes were meticulously prepared. The cuisine certainly exudes good taste, and the high quality of the expertly prepared ingredients is evident. Congratulations. We will definitely be back.
