22/02/2025: Intimate and well-kept venue located in the heart of Biella, near the theatre. The staff is courteous and the wait is very minimal, the pizzas are gourmet, very special and delicious, the same goes for the desserts. We took the “fior fiore” pizza and we loved it.

21/02/2025: Unfortunately, many pizzerias give themselves the title of gourmet only to raise prices but I appreciated the honesty at the Barone: I found the service impeccable, the waitresses, in addition to being kind, are really prepared and do their best to make the customer feel pampered. My boyfriend and I ordered a buffalo pizza and a diavola and we were pleasantly surprised by the lightness of the dough and the excellent quality of the products. Congratulations to the pizza chef 😊 My boyfriend also ordered a rice croquette and n'duja and then we split a 50cl Anastasia beer for a total of €35.00 between us. I hope to return because I had a good time ❤️

Piedmontese cuisine especially the mixed fried food and the appetizers but also the first and second courses...... azzzzzz and the desserts no???? It's all crazy and I've been saying this with full knowledge of the facts since 2003, so 22 years!!!!

02/02/2025: Yesterday I took 2 well-cooked take-away pizzas, a deviled one with peppers and a margherita: nothing short of exceptional, surely consuming them on the spot would have been even better, I have to go and try the fried fish because having seen it come out of the kitchens, it had a I look more than succulent... congratulations also for the speed...

Each course was a perfect balance between traditional flavors and creative combinations, the result of great attention to quality and culinary innovation. We were won over by the entire experience and can't wait to return to explore other options on the menu.

I went to an 8-course themed tasting, when Piedmont meets the East: it was a unique experience where flavors of traditional Piedmontese dishes were elegantly adapted to Japanese cooking techniques. The location is very beautiful and attentive to detail, excellent for celebrating occasions or simply spending a romantic evening. Wonderful experience, I will definitely return

16/11/2024: More than positive experience, attention to detail, gurme presentation and really good food, quality-price in line, I allowed myself to give only 3 stars to the environment because although it is very nice and clean it is not my style, I prefer more modern/industrial places but it's just a detail, it's still beautiful. The owners are really kind and immediately put you at ease. I will definitely go back.

10/03/2025: Trattoria classica dove però puoi trovare un menu molto vario ma non enorme che va dalla cucina locale, al pesce passando per le lumache. Il personale è attento, veloce e simpatico. Il cibo, è tutto molto gustoso e le porzioni davvero abbondanti. Da menzionare la pastiera napoletana: super. Infine il conto è contenuto. Direi che non manca proprio niente.
