11/03/2026: The quality of the ingredients is remarkable. The menu and off-menu offerings make it difficult to choose, as they are varied and very interesting. The service and friendliness are all on a level difficult to find in other establishments (with the same culinary offerings) in Biella. Furthermore, the atmosphere is intimate and relaxing. The food is truly excellent, and the atmosphere is wonderful.

20/03/2026: I absolutely loved this restaurant! The chef offers refined cuisine without being over the top, elevating local ingredients and traditional dishes. I experienced genuine emotion through the flavors and presentation of the plates. The service was impeccable and very friendly. Special mention to Stefano, who brings a cheerful atmosphere while remaining highly professional. We'll be back when we're in the area again!

30/05/2026: I had high expectations. The food wasn't bad, the place was nice, and the beer was good. The service was pretty fast, but the staff we were served were awful, very aggressive, and unprofessional. I don't think I'll be back.

29/05/2026: A must-visit spot in Biella, next to the factory dating back to 1846, and still run by the founder's family. In addition to a selection of Menebrea beers, the menu offers everything from a snack to a full dinner. A very welcoming atmosphere and a diverse clientele, from businessmen to couples, families with children, and groups of young people. Compliments to our waitress. She handled twice as many tables as the other waiters. Well done.

We booked in advance and chose the set menu (upon arrival): simple but well-prepared cuisine, with appetizers, a first course, and an optional second course, including dessert. The dining room is beautifully decorated, and this time there was even an exhibition. The staff was kind and attentive; I can only say...I'll be back!

25/04/2026: A gem nestled in a stunning park, we stumbled upon it somewhat by chance. Even though they were very busy, they went out of their way to accommodate us for an unexpectedly unforgettable lunch. We enjoyed the trio of appetizers, the Pellinense soup (I think that's what it's called), and the vegetarian platter. Three courses for two (generous portions), mountain water, and a decent, drinkable carafe of wine, all for less than €50. Carefully prepared dishes and friendly service, with a very rare ingredient: humanity. The restaurant industry needs young people like this. Thank you.

18/05/2026: In this period in which money is never enough and we try to save wherever we can, going to a restaurant doesn't happen often.... this is DEFINITELY the BEST RESTAURANT in which to decide to treat yourself.... EXCELLENT DISHES, FAIR QUALITY/PRICE RATIO, VERY KIND and SMILING STAFF in a VERY NICE and WELCOMING ATMOSPHERE.

16/05/2026: A Piedmontese restaurant with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. Excellent cuisine, with carefully crafted dishes and a variety to suit all tastes. The service is impeccable, attentive, and friendly. The welcome aperitif and the mandarin oranges offered before dessert were very welcome—small details that really make a difference. A place you'll want to return to.

05/02/2026: What can I say, a unique experience with unique dishes. I chose the "percorsi" tasting menu. AMAZING. An experience you absolutely must do if you're in the area.

02/02/2026: The restaurant is surrounded by somewhat dilapidated buildings and trattoria-like signs that make you wonder if you're in the right place. Fortunately, once you're inside and savor their dishes, any doubts vanish, leaving room for the satisfaction of savoring high-quality cuisine. Of the many Michelin-starred restaurants I've visited in Piedmont, this is certainly one of the best. Each dish was refined and well-crafted, never lacking in nonsense or neglecting flavors and textures. The service was good but aseptic (just a quick briefing about the dish and off we went), a bit slow (we sat down at 1:00 PM, got up after 4:00 PM), and even the chef was glimpsed in the dining room for just 30 seconds to greet someone I believe was a regular. So perhaps I missed the guidance during the tasting experience, but that's a very subjective factor. The price was truly excellent. Ultimately, this is a restaurant you absolutely must try. Highly recommended.

27/05/2026: My partner and I went to this restaurant on a Saturday evening. We waited a long time before being told the menu, and we also waited a long time for the dishes; in fact, the appetizer arrived after an hour. Unfortunately, there are only two waiters on a Saturday evening, especially when one is only explaining the menu while the other takes care of everything else. Faster service would certainly have made the evening less stressful. Overall, the dishes were well-executed, with an excellent Russian salad, which I really enjoyed even though I'm not a fan of it. Unfortunately, my first course was very disappointing: homemade pasta with meat sauce. The pasta was good but nothing exceptional, and the meat sauce was awful—most likely, they don't make it themselves. I felt like I was eating ready-made meat sauce from the supermarket. The restaurant offers many traditional Piedmontese dishes, with agricultural objects and traditional references everywhere. Perhaps a little too much and a bit messy. Overall, I wouldn't go back because there wasn't anything that impressed me, in fact the evening wasn't very pleasant and we couldn't wait to go home.
