A modern, refined, and welcoming venue, with attentive staff who know their stuff. The service is excellent, as are all the dishes we tried. The wine selection is also excellent. The price is reasonable for the quality and service offered. We will definitely be back.

I celebrated my birthday here last night with my family; I thank my son for this surprise invitation because the evening was so enjoyable. The atmosphere is very peaceful and the staff is kind and welcoming.
We each chose different dishes after enjoying a vermouth served with an amuse bouche (a fantastic Jerusalem artichoke crème brûlée).
The sturgeon for my appetizer was exquisite, and the foie gras plin served with black garlic cream was wonderful.
To conclude an excellent dinner, a superb tarte tatin.
Truly an experience worth repeating.

A superb seafood dinner. We chose the tasting menu, which was a surprise and discovery with every bite... an absolute pleasure for the palate! Not to mention the wine paired with each course, perfectly paired and of superior quality. A total of 10+, definitely the best place to eat seafood in the Biella area and the surrounding area. We visited this restaurant for a special occasion. After a warm and friendly welcome, we ordered from the menu. The wait staff was very knowledgeable and attentive, the wine list extensive, and the dishes were meticulously prepared. The cuisine certainly exudes good taste, and the high quality of the expertly prepared ingredients is evident. Congratulations. We will definitely be back.

It was our first time here, and we'll definitely be back if we ever pass through Biella again. Everything was delicious, from the appetizer to the first course, fantastic risotto, and a delicious second course. The menu was well-researched and the pairings were unusual. The wine list is also extensive, perfect for connoisseurs!
