The staff is friendly, very attentive, and eager to please.
The food is excellent; the pizzas are stunning and delicious; the ingredients are very tasty and top-quality. The desserts are very good, although I personally found the cheesecake a little too sweet, but that's just my personal preference.
I will definitely return and recommend it to friends who happen to be passing by.
22/03/2026: I went there exclusively for the pizza, which was very good, both in terms of the dough and the sauce, and it was large. The service was efficient, and the atmosphere was casual.

07/04/2026: I'm giving it 3 stars because the place is nice and clean. There's both a bar and an ice cream parlor, it's very spacious and has plenty of seating, with modern furnishings.
It's a shame the ice cream isn't exceptional. Out of three flavors, you could barely taste the difference between them. And if you decide to open a customer service area, you should have everything you need. Why ask for a brioche ice cream and be told, "We don't make them!"?
You either make them or you don't make them!
If I were to return, I'm just thinking about passing by. I definitely wouldn't come here specifically for good ice cream!
I can't rate the other services, like the bar!

04/03/2026: A very nice place at the foot of the lake. I was there in February, of course, and it was very quiet. Its lakeside location makes it a special place. The staff is very kind, and the food is excellent. The photo is of the view from the restaurant.
14/10/2025: The service was top-notch, the food was quality, especially the baby octopus, and the fried food was good. The wine list was beautifully presented.

There's only paid parking nearby, and access to the restaurant is via two steps leading to the main floor. I usually order soy milk and vegan brioche (unfortunately frozen at source) to fill as desired. Both items are good quality.

04/04/2026: Excellent coffee and cappuccino, the croissants are delicious, the atmosphere is clean, and the staff is very friendly. Every time we come to Italy and throughout our stay, it's a regular stop for breakfast.
13/03/2026: Today I tasted the worst coffee of my life.
It was so burnt I asked for it to be remade.
They remade it, and it was worse than before.
And yet it was packed.
But I'm sure they were there to show off rather than to enjoy something good. Ultimately, what matters is just being seen in this city that has nothing left... Not even good food.
PS. At least purge between each coffee... it only takes a second, and it's the basics of making coffee.

28/10/2025: A typical, sincere trattoria! The owners are welcoming, down-to-earth, and happy with their work. Lots of loyal customers. I found a wonderful place in the small town of Miagliano, in a charming little square. Only three choices on the daily menu. Good food. Nice house wine. Family atmosphere. Very fair prices! For €10 per person, we even had dessert! I'll be back a hundred times! It has a large indoor dining room and a garden in the summer.
14/10/2025: I'm only giving it 4 stars because I only had a coffee there, but those who know it speak highly of it. It's definitely an old-fashioned trattoria.

14/10/2025: Excellent self-service for a super-quick lunch. I recommend the varied and delicious appetizer selection. Takeout is also available.
11/10/2025: Excellent self-service restaurant! If you work in Biella, it's a must! I'll definitely be back. The menu always changes seasonally. It's always crowded! You have to get there a little early sometimes to avoid long lines!

28/10/2025: The restaurant is nestled within the Porta Pretoria, making it quite evocative in itself. Its walls date back to the 25th century BC.
Excellent local food, elegantly presented.
The waiter was young but well-trained, helpful but not intrusive.
The owners were friendly.
Given our gastronomical acumen, the owner even offered us a digestif. Excellent ginepy.
Highly recommended.
12/10/2025: We had dinner one evening at this beautiful location in the historic center of Aosta. Upon entering, you might think you're walking into a "stinky" restaurant, but you find yourself in a beautiful setting, certainly stylish but affordable for all budgets. Upon entering, a young man named Emanuele is ready to welcome you, very friendly and witty. The dining rooms are very beautiful and spacious. The service is attentive, courtesy of Emanuele's partner, Anais.
The quality of the food offered is very pleasing, and so is the final product.
