01/03/2025: Bad experience. Ordered via deliveroo, whose delivery service worked well. I've noticed that when I order from various shops via Deliveroo the plating often leaves something to be desired, but this time they beat everyone. Ordered 2 pizza and a ham focaccia. The pizzas were baby size although I paid full price for them, my focaccia was unwatchable: 3 slices of ham and that's it. Cost 12.90!!!! I called to point it out, they were unable to offer me any valid alternative, for example they didn't offer to remake the focaccia, they didn't offer to give me a shopping voucher, they simply limited themselves to replying "I don't know what to say". I don't like writing bad reviews, especially if I see good will behind it, but in this case the service (not of Deliveroo, but of the pizzeria) seemed excessively superficial to me and the customer care was practically absent. Very dissatisfied, I will never order here again.

18/05/2025: We had lunch here during a motorbike tour... If you book you have the possibility to eat inside you are obviously served otherwise you have to queue at the cashier and then go and queue again to go and get the food that is put on paper plates. We spent about 40 euros for two for a slice of roast and a bit of liquid polenta and two slices of porchetta which was not even good and the same polenta, a slice of cake, water and coffee. In short, given the service and the quantity and quality of food we were not satisfied and we will not return. Too bad for the splendid view

13/05/2025: A must when we go to Panoramica Zegna. Excellent refreshment point after a nice motorcycle ride. Beautiful landscape where the restaurant is located, an excellent viewpoint where you can sit and refresh yourself. Excellent food, polenta for all tastes. Very friendly staff.

18/08/2024: I think this is the first negative review I've written, I don't usually rage by shooting at the red cross....... We had lunch with friends on August 15th and it was unfortunately a terrible experience for everyone. Lack of attention to dietary needs already reported by telephone at the time of booking. The dishes, which on paper looked very good, in reality were of poor quality and the unrecognizable ingredients were so badly dosed and badly cooked. Almost indistinguishable jumbles. The first seemed to have been seasoned with a ready-made Mutti sauce from the supermarket, its "chemical" aftertaste left us with many doubts regarding its creation and we all digested it until the next day. The second was also an unsuccessful experiment: roast beef with an unrecognizable filling drowned in a sweet and sour-like pepper sauce that covered every type of taste. All accompanied by a diced of literally charred baked potatoes, inedible and left over by everyone, including the tables next to them. How do you get a dish like that out of the kitchen? Of 10 potatoes presented 9 were literally black, completely charred. Lastly, what was supposed to be a peach and amaretti affogato was instead a teaspoon of ice cream presented in a bowl smaller than a coffee cup, with a teaspoon of orange sauce that perhaps should have been reminiscent of peaches. The two young waitresses seemed improvised and rather awkward even when remembering absolutely banal requests (sparkling or natural water, bread). Very slow service but no one was in a hurry as they were relaxing in mid-August. To add insult to injury: when they went to pay we were told only then that they didn't have the POS. Panic as none of us had cash except a friend who had to pay for everyone, to our embarrassment. Menu from €29 each which became €40 with 1 bottle of mediocre white wine. Continuous complaints and comments from the tables of diners next to us confirmed that they did not have the baluettes. Terrifying.

25/05/2025: Siamo arrivati in due persone a Caprile per un visita al meraviglioso Giardino Belvedere, alle 13,30 decidendo di fermarci per una presentazione di un libro scegliamo di recarci alla Osteria la Lanterna per mangiare qualcosa, anche un tramezzino o un panino. In un locale con tanti tavoli vuoti, due tavolate di circa dieci persone l’una, già servite e un tavolo da quattro persone, ci “accoglie” una signorina che con ben poco sorriso ci dice che non può darci un tavolo perché si é definita non in grado di servire così tante persone. Chiediamo allora la possibilità di avere un panino o qualcosa da asporto che comprendendo la difficoltà ci sarebbe andato comunque benissimo. Ho segnalato anche che per uno dei due nutrirsi era una necessità per assumere una terapia. Nulla, irremovibile ci ha detto di non volerci dare alcunché e fatto capire di non essere graditi e che se volevamo mangiare qualcosa potevamo scendere a Crevacuore. Da ex direttore di hotel una non accoglienza così su un territorio dove ristoratori e albergatori si lamentano sempre della scarsità di turisti, ferisce e soprattutto risulta paradossale. Sarebbe stato bello poter fare una recensione positiva e invece…

01/05/2025: We ate a fantastic carbonara... so good we only ate it in Rome. Then we had the chicken Milanese, very soft, and the chips. Very good lemon sorbet. Everything was delicious 😋 and the staff were very courteous and professional. Advised!!

10/06/2025: After many aperitifs based on good wine, excellent raw fish, kindness and good music... we finally managed to enjoy pizza too!!!🍕 VERY GOOD!!! The place is always nice both in winter indoors furnished as a "warm and woody" pub and in summer nice covered terrace with many well-kept plants! Congratulations: you have been working well for many years, keep it up!

02/05/2025: Abbiamo pranzato in questa locanda assaggiando alcuni piatti iniziando con il tris di antipasti proseguendo con i ravioli e finendo con i dolci. Nel complesso abbiamo mangiato bene un po delusi per i dolci. Prezzi buoni tranne per il quarto di vino 10 euro .Titolari simpatici e cordiali. ritorneremo

29/03/2025: A parte che nel locale fa freddo, il vitello tonnato era ancora buono ma poi 1h di attesa per i primi e: 2 paccheri che se metti del sugo mutti in una padella e lo butti sulla pasta è la stessa cosa, risotto alla liquirizia praticamente immangiabile al sapore di dentifricio e scotto e i plin...boh...ricotta e spinaci con dell'arrosto...ma perché?! Non so cosa dire
