Very kind and helpful staff, a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The polenta concia is excellent, among the best, if not the best, in Oropa! Prices are fair, slightly higher than average but in line with the service and quality. Good selection on the menu.

28/10/2025: The restaurant is nestled within the Porta Pretoria, making it quite evocative in itself. Its walls date back to the 25th century BC. Excellent local food, elegantly presented. The waiter was young but well-trained, helpful but not intrusive. The owners were friendly. Given our gastronomical acumen, the owner even offered us a digestif. Excellent ginepy. Highly recommended.
12/10/2025: We had dinner one evening at this beautiful location in the historic center of Aosta. Upon entering, you might think you're walking into a "stinky" restaurant, but you find yourself in a beautiful setting, certainly stylish but affordable for all budgets. Upon entering, a young man named Emanuele is ready to welcome you, very friendly and witty. The dining rooms are very beautiful and spacious. The service is attentive, courtesy of Emanuele's partner, Anais. The quality of the food offered is very pleasing, and so is the final product.
