30/08/2025: We have visited this place roughly 10 times. The reason why we keep returning is because we never get disappointed - the prices are fair, the service is good and the quality of the food is good. The view from the restaurant is extraordinary - you can see a lot of small villages from restaurant e.g Monforte.

Sono stata in questo locale più di una volta e continuerò a tornarci con immenso piacere ma non ho mai pensato di lasciare un contributo per il grande impegno che impiegano nella ricerca dei loro prodotti. Tanti vini di grandi e piccoli produttori dalla qualità eccellente ed altrettanti affettati e formaggi disponibili per accompagnare un aperitivo con i fiocchi. Il personale è molto preparato e disponibile nel consigliarvi qualcosa in linea con i vostri gusti. Il prezzo è assolutamente giustificato per la gamma dei prodotti serviti. Il bongusté è il nome perfetto per questo locale: chi vorrà gustare qualcosa di “diverso” qui ha fatto bingo!!

03/02/2025: Small winery with a thousand wonders! I have been to this place more than once and I will continue to return with immense pleasure but I have never thought of leaving a contribution for the great effort they put into researching their products. Many wines from large and small producers of excellent quality and just as many cold cuts and cheeses available to accompany a top-notch aperitif. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful in recommending something in line with your tastes. The price is absolutely justified for the range of products served. The bongusté is the perfect name for this place: anyone who wants to taste something "different" has hit the jackpot here!!

29/08/2025: Magnificent lunch overlooking the lake. We had lunch at this restaurant on San Giulio Island, which has a fantastic terrace overlooking the lake. A wide selection of both fish and meat dishes is available. A tasting menu is also available. The lakeside tasting menu is highly recommended; the dishes were beautifully executed and delicious. Excellent value and a magnificent location. Friendly staff. Highly recommended for an unforgettable meal on Lake Orta.

12/08/2025: Found near the farmhouse where we're staying. The welcome, service, and quality are 5-star, and maybe even better. Attentive to detail and customers. Nothing out of place. We ate in the internal courtyard and it was very comfortable, with a lovely outdoor setting. The appetizers we tried were very good (zucchini flowers and raw ham), and the tagliatelle with butter and sage and the Fassona beef burger were delicious. The raw ingredients were top-quality, the kitchen was expert in their handling, and the wine list was well-balanced. Very good value for money. Recommended!!

08/06/2025: I went for lunch today while passing through a Vespa tour in Monferrato; we stopped at this place because we saw a nice terrace with outdoor tables. We were immediately welcomed in a kind way and they worked to make us sit and we chose a fixed menu €26: a mixed appetizer, a plate of agnolotti, a dessert, water, wine, coffee, all genuine and delicious. Highly recommended, I will definitely be back!!!
