08/08/2025: The 3 Galli restaurant is the right place if you like good food. Prices are reasonable. I recommend the tasting menu + wine tasting for €55. You'll be completely satisfied. The cuisine is refined and full of flavor, very tasty. Excellent wines. The service is excellent. Definitely worth a try.

01/08/2025: Delicious food, everything memorable, everything well-crafted. Very attentive service; it was my boyfriend's birthday, and they were thoughtful enough to bring a candle at dessert, without us even asking. We'll definitely be back; we all had a great time. Congratulations!

The welcome matched the beauty of the place. We had many discussions with the team about the wines, the gastronomy, and the region. We enjoyed an excellent meal with quality products. 21/08/2025: Genola's Teatro della Carne is one of those places that can transform a birthday party into a little show: the table is the stage, the curtain rises on the aromas of Piedmontese cuisine, and the actors are the dishes, the true protagonists of a memorable evening. Our company was welcomed into the wine bar, a secluded corner that is both intimate and spectacular. To call the food "good" would be an understatement: here, meat reigns supreme, but every detail of the menu speaks of care and passion. A trio of appetizers served on a single plate—accompanied by baskets of fragrant olive, walnut, and whole wheat bread—opened the evening with a perfect balance of flavor and tradition. Then came the chef's ravioli, small handmade works of art: the thin, yellow pasta enveloped a rich, intense filling that tasted of home and craftsmanship. And then there was the second course of potatoes with their skins smothered in sand, seemingly simple but actually irresistible, right up to the final dessert: a full-flavored, authentic cow's milk ice cream that concluded the dinner with an almost poetic delicacy. The Teatro della Carne is not just any restaurant: it's an experience, a tale of aromas, tradition, and pure pleasure!

30/07/2025: The meat isn't up to the level of Cuneo's finest, and the cooking and cutting methods are far from what one would call excellent. The Amalfi Tagliata...which is ground beef instead of a true tagliata. Even the classic tagliata, a distant relative of a tagliata worthy of the name.

06/08/2025: We had a really nice lunch! Very good wine suggestion, courses were great, very tasty, lovely place, not too crowded or touristic. Girlfriend saved from closed in toilet bij very hospitable waiter. Would 100% recommend visiting!!!

07/05/2025: Nice place with few seats to evidently guarantee a very high quality product and service. 4 flavors of farinata (we tried 2) and spectacular pan pizza. The off-menu seasonal choices are also nice. Not being able to decide which was my favourite, between the pizzas and the farinata I will definitely have to return to be sure of the verdict.

20/07/2025: Ordered at home via Glovo. The pork bao were below average; the noodles were truly disappointing and dry, with only four shrimp; the wontons were terrible, I had to throw them away; they were so overcooked that they disintegrated as soon as I held them with chopsticks, and they were accompanied by a bland soup; the chicken with Korean sauce was average, perhaps the only redeeming feature of the entire disappointing meal. I can't understand all the positive reviews. For those who have, I recommend trying other restaurants. I don't recommend it, sorry.

06/09/2025: Excellent Thai restaurant While visiting Turin, we discovered this little restaurant. Very fast, continuous service. A true Thai cousine. Generous plate. Very friendly staff. I highly recommend it.

24/07/2025: We are on vacation in Vercelli and this restaurant attracted us, one of the few around that also has rice on the first course menu. We ordered the Carnaroli Ecorì rice (min. 2 people). For me it was EXCELLENT and EXCELLENT, creamy, especially with the robiola ai 3 letti and 2 beautiful and succulent red prawns from Marzara del Vallo. It had been a while since I had such an EXCELLENT and GOOD risotto. The place is really pleasant, you feel at ease and the service of the waitress was very kind and attentive with us. 10 star rating

14/07/2025: A truly pleasant surprise, dishes prepared with the freshest fish, and the chef delighted our palates. Everything was truly perfect, the pasta with sea urchins and mint was special. I recommend this place.
