08/03/2025: "A truly disappointing experience. The service was terrible, and the employees were incredibly rude. Besides being completely rude, they seemed to enjoy making fun of us, imposing rules they made up on the spot without any logic. They never showed any interest in solving problems; on the contrary, they treated us with an arrogant and disrespectful attitude. We had to wait an inordinate amount of time to be served, even though the place wasn't crowded. The portions were tiny, practically insignificant, and the fried foods were cold on the outside and still frozen on the inside. It's impossible to justify such a thing, especially considering the exorbitant prices. Furthermore, the place was dirty, with crusty floors and poorly cleaned tables, and the atmosphere was so noisy that conversation was impossible. A complete waste of money! I strongly advise against this place. I will never return!" One star because it's impossible to give less.

02/03/2025: Poor value for money. Not knowing how to cook chicken cacciatore, serving it cold, greasy, overly peppery, or spicy, without the skin, and with the chicken dry and parched, as if it had been baked first and then salvaged with this recipe. The white curly hair added the finishing touch to the dish. The green beans hadn't been cleaned. For the price, we're not satisfied... the coffee and service are satisfactory.

13/07/2025: I don't recommend it, you can get all dirty with the rude pizza chef.

05/06/2025: The bread, baked with great care by the owner in the oven, has a lot of meat in it, and you can choose the sauce you want, so it's really delicious. Koreans, if you pass by here, be sure to stop by.

30/11/2025: It was crowded, the breakfast was good, the price was very high, and we had to ASK for a receipt: table service is 100% surcharge. All this, unmarked and unannounced!

26/11/2025: There is a reason they don't have prices written and have bad reviews. I paid 5 euro for the worst biscotto I had in Italy. It is hard as if it's old and too sweet. Not worth it.

16/11/2025: This pizzeria is a safe bet. When you need it, they're there. In the many years we've been ordering pizza here, they've only made one mistake (!), and they fixed it quickly and professionally. Highly recommended, both for dine-in and takeout.

31/10/2025: Disgraceful rudeness and indisposition toward customers. Don't go there. Politeness and respect for customers come first, and here they don't even know what that means.

27/07/2025: Terribly old hotel. Nothing works properly in the room. The shower leaks in 2 places. The sound between the rooms is as if everyone lives together. The breakfast is terrible

20/07/2025: Great hotel. This hotel reminds me that here always a chance to visit place worther then even before. Room stinks as public WC. Wifi was turned on after lots of reports and doesn't work in our room. This hotel that bad so it feels gorgeous. 10/10

22/08/2025: I gave it one star because I couldn't give it less. I've never seen such a bad gelato served. Serving gelato in a cone should be the basis of a gelato shop, but here they're clearly trying to make it more adventurous. Furthermore, the place was empty, but it wasn't possible to eat a cone at a table, not even at the outdoor tables.

02/06/2025: I ordered a medium cup of ice cream (€3.50), and the amount of ice cream served didn't even reach the rim of the cup. The owner, annoyed by serving ice cream on the go and probably also by having customers, prepared the ice cream cones with the rag he'd just used to wipe down the bar counter.

07/12/2025: We went into this dive bar for two glasses of wine (12 euros each), a crodino (9 euros), a frothy milk, and a coffee with a couple of snacks... really dishonest prices! Dirty tablecloths stained with sauce. I repeat, this is a dive bar with prices you wouldn't even find in Porto Cervo.

30/11/2025: A rip-off. Watered-down vermouth in a mini glass for €7. Regular beer for €8. €65 without food.

22/11/2025: I got a kebab menu from Just Eat that was disgusting. I have a stomach ache now and they don't even want to refund me and the kebab guy on the phone even complained and said that the order had been delivered to me three hours ago but instead they delivered it to me half an hour ago. I'm shocked, don't go there, it's shit.

09/11/2025: Shut them down Now! When we entered, we found a guy who didn't understand Italian and it was difficult to understand the order. He wasn't professional, it seemed like it was the first time he'd prepared an order. When the order arrived, we noticed that the piadina wasn't cooked well; it was still dough. The fries were raw, and the pizzas didn't have mozzarella, and the Margherita pizza was crooked. DISGUSTING🤢🤢🤮🤮

11/05/2025: Abbiamo ordinato 2 pizze, 1 Margherita e una Margheritana, poi un tiramisù e da bere acqua. Personale molto gentile, ci hanno fatti sedere subito e serviti dopo pochi minuti. Non siamo di Biella ma ogni tanto un giro in centro o al centro commerciale lo facciamo, ora sappiamo dove fermarci a mangiare.

05/05/2025: Cibo ottimo, sala accogliente, personale competente, Ma che il responsable di sala si permetta di rimproverare un cameriere ad alta voce in mezzo alla sala l'ho trovato molto maleducato e poco professionale il gelo é calato al nostro tavolo ci sentivamo male per quel povero cameriere nonostante la pizza squisita che fumava nel nostro piatto ...non so se ritorneremo

02/11/2025: My partner ordered a dish recommended by the waiter, off the menu: baked sea bream. The waiter asked if she wanted a small or medium/large portion; my partner opted for the latter. A normal portion of fish arrived, accompanied by vegetables. When paying, we discovered that the fish was priced at 39 euros. (Note: the most expensive second course on the menu doesn't exceed 20 euros.)

It's a pleasant spot for a quick stop amidst the surrounding shops, thanks to its refined atmosphere and attention to detail. However, it's lacking in practicality compared to the offerings: I wouldn't recommend it for an aperitivo, as the menu isn't convincing. €20 for two spritzes includes two small gourmet sandwiches, aesthetically pleasing but lacking in flavor for the price and the expectations created by the aperitivo "menu." An impressive experience at first, but one that leaves one with a feeling of superficial rather than substantial pleasure.
