07/06/2025: Pessimo! E non è la prima volta che succede! Chiamiamo per ordinare 2 pizze con consegna a domicilio e chiedo per che ora avrebbero potuto consegnarle. Dopo averci indicato un orario per noi “accettabile” (avevamo altri impegni dopo cena quindi, in caso, avremmo ordinato in un’altra pizzeria) confermiamo l’ordine. Dopo 40 minuti dall’orario di teorica consegna, chiamo per chiedere aggiornamenti e mi dicono che non avevano ancora fatto le pizze e che ci sarebbero voluti altri 40/45 minuti!!! Assurdo! E se non avessi chiamato io, non si sarebbero nemmeno premurati di avvisarci! No comment! Se non siete in grado di gestire il numero di ordinazioni evitate di prenderle!

15/02/2025: Ordinato con Just eat. Pesce orata con patate per importo di 14 euro. Contenuto? Una mini vaschetta di alluminio con due patate piccole e un pesce??? Vogliamo parlare che neanche si vedeva tanta la quantità?? E voi fate pagare questo 14 euro??? Per non parlare del fatto che se si ordina con Just eat di norma si allegano le posate!! Tovaglioli inesistenti, posate di plastica o carta inesistenti. Delusa al massimo.

12/07/2025: Una bella sorpresa questo locale sulle alture biellesi. Si è cenato in comitiva tra amici sul terrazzo per combattere la calura e oltre l fresco abbiamo trovato una buona cucina, anche piuttosto variegata. Me ne avevano parlato bene e l'esperienza diretta ha confermato quanto mi avevano detto. Antipasti di terra e di mare, primi e pizze hanno soddisfatto tutti noi. Il personale è gentile e i prezzi sono assolutamente onesti.

06/07/2025: I recently went to this charming bistro and left with a light heart and a smile on my face. From the first moment, the staff demonstrated an authentic and rare kindness: welcoming, helpful and always attentive without ever being intrusive. The cordiality with which I was welcomed made the atmosphere extremely pleasant, like feeling like a guest in the home of thoughtful friends. Every gesture, every word, every smile was genuine and cared for, demonstrating an approach to the customer that goes beyond simple service. It is not easy to find a place where professionalism marries so perfectly with humanity. Here, however, respect and courtesy were the absolute protagonists. I will definitely return, not only for the food (excellent!), but above all for the attention and human warmth that were dedicated to me. Thank you so much! I highly recommend!!!!

04/07/2025: We were with our children we tried the tasting menu and it is really good. The Fassona tartare, and the pasta I found the best in the area

14/07/2025: We dropped off our bikes here on Saturday afternoon and asked if they were open until midnight, as advertised on Google. They confirmed this. However, when we returned at 11 p.m. that same day to collect our bikes, we found the shop locked. We had to find another way home that night, trusting the information to be accurate, and come back another day to retrieve the bikes.

23/06/2025: We were looking for a place to fix our bikes and maybe grab a drink—and we found much more. At Bike and Food, not only do they serve craft beer (including excellent Exit beers), but they also welcomed us immediately for a quick and efficient bike repair. It's the perfect stop if you're cycling through the city: you can park your bike safely and explore Torino on foot. The atmosphere is super relaxed, the staff are friendly, and the whole place feels like a community hub for bikers and locals alike. Highly recommended for a chill break with great vibes!

24/07/2025: Personale molto accogliente e sopratutto sempre a disposizione dei clienti. Pizza e piatti della cucina molto abbondanti e buoni , da quanto hanno aperto sono lì praticamente tutti i giorni pranzo e cena . Rapporto qualità e prezzo sono eccezionali adatto al portafoglio di tutti .

05/07/2025: Lunch with friends, typical menu, really excellent cuisine, as well as local wine. Very welcoming and professional staff in this mountain corner where the only noise is the sound of the nearby stream.

04/03/2025: Walking through Biella, having found another business closed that was marked as open, I continued and, again thanks to maps, I arrived here. Certainly not a trendy place, a retro sign, but a LOT of substance. Staff as DELICIOUS as the ice cream they make. Classic flavours, something more daring, and they also have SEMIFREDDI which I personally love. Flavors clearly distinguishable from each other and even with your eyes closed you say "ok this is hazelnut.. this pistachio and... This.... strange.. tastes like baked apple..." and in fact it was apple pie parfait. A nice dome of whipped cream, wafer and off on foot to get the car on this beautiful evening. Thank you. We will see each other soon.

30/07/2025: Very pleasant outdoor terrace with a modern style compared to the rest of the restaurant. The deviled mussels were superb for their flavor and freshness!!! Excellent value for money, as were the focaccia and delicious pizza!! The tiramisu was good, simply because I prefer it with pavesini biscuits instead of ladyfingers: a purely personal preference, though!!! The staff were friendly and helpful, but they didn't pay much attention to dictating the timing between the dining room and the kitchen. Even though we asked for the focaccia to be brought with the mussels, we had to ask for it several times because, according to them, it was waiting in line with other pizzas. My partner's pizza, ordered right after the mussels, took a long time to arrive, until we weren't really in the mood for it anymore. And yet, it was a Tuesday night. The timing could be improved, but otherwise, we recommend it! We'll be back soon!
