14/06/2025: The apotheosis of leavening!!! Focaccia, bread, pizza unmatched. Delicious cakes with a remarkable variety, even lactose-free and gluten-free. I also really appreciated the attention to the proposal of legume-based protein products. Croissants flaky to perfection and filled at the moment, difficult to find a similar external fragrance and internal softness... pain au chocolat with crunchy and mouth-watering Lindt chocolate! IN SUMMARY: an example of Italian excellence made of DEDICATION and SACRIFICE.

The only flaw: the Vodafone center, where embarrassing rudeness and discourtesy reign supreme. I don't want to go any further.

05/08/2025: A relaxed atmosphere for delicious, traditional cuisine. The staff is super welcoming, and the dishes were devoured in just a few minutes. Our two granddaughters loved their farfalle; they even got a little lollipop before leaving. Truly adorable.

19/07/2025: My husband and I were looking for a place to eat at lunchtime, and we happened upon this street and noticed this little restaurant/bar that looks like a well-decorated little shop that invites you in...you can eat inside or outside. We sat outside, overlooking the street...there was a lot of people coming and going, lots of color and liveliness, but at the same time it was private and not chaotic. The waitresses were very kind and helpful, the food had unique flavors but could be improved, and the price was excellent. One special note: in the clean bathroom, there were some vases of flowers decorating the wall. Much appreciated.

The location is simply enchanting: romantic views and an intimate atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. Every space is designed to welcome and amaze, with that refined touch that makes everything special without ever feeling artificial. But what truly makes Tenuta Valminier unique is the staff, attentive to everyone's needs at every moment of the evening. Mr. Roberto's smile and kindness are a calling card for what will immediately be the right choice for you. And then there's the incredible Momo: the GREAT Momo, present and attentive to our every need, with maximum attention to detail, always kind, one of those people you want to meet when you're planning your wedding, Momo is a guarantee of success. They accompanied us through every step, ensuring everything ran smoothly and perfectly. The food? Simply delicious. Quality ingredients, authentic flavors, they went over every table with every course, and when choosing the menu, they were open to any of our ideas or substitutions. The buffet was excellent, with exquisite products, and no flies or mosquitoes until late at night, despite being in the middle of the countryside. Despite the 93-degree heat outside, the buffet kept our guests sheltered under umbrellas, a canopy, and a small corner of shade, allowing everyone to fully enjoy the food and the activities designed for them. The room where we dined was on the ground floor with LED ceiling lights. It had the perfect capacity for 90 people (10 tables). We had plenty of space to move around and dance, make trains, and let loose while remaining cozy. The estate also deserves an exceptional rating. There were no other events taking place at the same time, so they gave me the opportunity to choose all the spaces until the day before. I assure you, we changed our minds a few times, as we were torn between the room I just described and the one on the first floor with the incredible historic frescoes, which had also recently been air-conditioned. The arrangements were stunning. I delivered my materials, and they arranged them according to my specifications, far exceeding all my expectations, proving that we're dealing with only the finest professionals in the industry. I couldn't stop praising the venue. Tenuta Valminier isn't just a location: it's a place that stays in your heart. It's the perfect setting for those dreaming of an authentic, emotional, and unforgettable event. You'll understand that when we woke up the next day, we stayed longer, had lunch, and talked with Momo as if he were a lifelong friend. We left the estate almost saddened that it was all over. I would choose Valminier and his staff a thousand times over, but to this day I don't understand the nature of many of the reviews that have made me feel uneasy over the last year of organizing... undeserved!!! You guys are great!

20/07/2025: The food is quite good, the starters are only vegetables (they will tell you that there is chicken but there is not), then the service is fast, the waitress is very kind and instead the owner is very unpleasant, she makes inappropriate jokes, she makes fun of children and even if we did not want to eat she would put it there, the atmosphere is nice but it would be better to change the owner because she is very rude and then when we arrive there was no one to welcome us and it would be better to have efficient service, thanks and I hope that the rude owner reads this

27/06/2025: Large venue decorated for the holidays. Equipped with a bar and an outdoor area with fountains for children to run and play. It offers plenty of space and the service is quite fast. The dishes are good but not abundant. However, you are asked for seconds/thirds if needed. I will return to try other dishes. I hope to change the review to be even more positive.
