Much better than going to a fast food restaurant or kebab place. The place is very nice, well-decorated, and clean. The waiter is very kind and helpful. The owners, Francesco and Massimo, are friendly. This is a great place for anyone in the Susa Valley who wants to eat well in a family-run restaurant at truly affordable prices.

10/10/2025: Everything was excellent! Fast and attentive service, and we ate very well. The tiramisu that was recommended to me was truly exceptional. Ample parking in front, easy to find a spot. If I ever come back here, I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

05/10/2025: Rarely have I experienced such lousy service. They don't like children. On Friday, October 3rd, I was there with my wife and two children. Although there was still room inside, we were directed to the smelly outdoor tent. The waiter threw the menus in a pile on the table. After a minute, he wanted to take our order. The pizza was okay, the rest of the menu was cafeteria-standard. While my wife was still eating, the waiter cleared everything and asked for dessert/coffee... I was visibly annoyed and asked if he was okay with my wife finishing her meal first. He left without saying a word. We ordered coffee afterward and played cards with the children. Most of the tables inside and outside were now free, and it was an hour before closing time. Five minutes later, the waiter came and said he needed the table—it was "reserved." As an Italian, I was ashamed of this child-hating restaurant. Good luck.

02/09/2025: A very atmospheric restaurant with a delicious menu featuring truly local dishes. Authentic Italian cuisine with superb pasta and delicious panna cotta. Not a tourist trap, but an authentic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, even to our two young children. All in all, a real highlight!

23/07/2025: We had a truly enjoyable dinner at Acqua Sale in Alba. A charming, well-maintained, and welcoming location, with a relaxed atmosphere that perfectly complements the culinary offerings. Excellent food, quality ingredients, and authentic cuisine. We really appreciated the Salento/Piedmont duo, an original and well-executed idea that combines flavors and traditions in a balanced and never forced way. The service was courteous and discreet. The only small point: a complimentary liqueur/coffee at the end of the meal would have made the experience truly perfect. It's not mandatory, of course, but it's that gesture of kindness that often makes the difference—even just asking for it. In any case, we'll gladly return: a wonderful discovery in the heart of the Langhe.

16/06/2025: I'm really sorry to have to leave this review because before last night it was one of my favorite places to eat pizza but unfortunately, after last night, I had to change my mind because my boyfriend and I took two pizzas (simple, two Greek: tomato, mozzarella, sausage, oil and oregano) and alas, we both felt sick all night I'm really writing this review with a heavy heart because I've always had a good time, but after this experience I will never be able to set foot there again

04/05/2025: The food and the staff are excellent, the only point if we want to nitpick is that being a small place you stay a little on top of each other and therefore even communicating with your fellow diners becomes a challenge due to the amount of shouting 😅

26/07/2025: Pleasant atmosphere, excellent service. Prices were reasonable. I had a pizza and a drink. Unfortunately, the pizza was a bit chewy, and it was still in my stomach the next day. I'm not a fan of the pizza. The dough was definitely made in the afternoon, not in the morning as would be better. A real shame. I'll reply here. I'll start by saying that I'm not a keyboard warrior and I weigh my words carefully when writing a review. I have respect for the people who work there. I wrote the review this morning because I came to your restaurant last night, and there were two of us. We both had problems with the pizza, so I'm also ruling out any indisposition I might have that wasn't related to the pizza. But unlike you, I'll remain polite even when responding to your remark "after sitting behind a keyboard," which, frankly, isn't the case for me. Reviews are useful if you welcome criticism and try to improve. Anyway, I wish you a good day and hope to come try the food one day and write a great review.

17/10/2025: Our friends took us to this restaurant and told us the seafood was delicious. We followed their advice and ordered the items pictured. They were absolutely right. All the items on the cold seafood platter that arrived first were incredibly tasty. Swordfish, salmon, shrimp, and octopus salad. After that, we ordered the mixed grill, and everything that came was served on hot stones. Everything stayed warm on the table and was very tasty. The desserts were truly unique and featured different flavors. I ordered this dessert from the Naples region, which has rum in the cake. I didn't regret it at all. I recommend it. The waiters were attentive and the service was fast. I hope one day I can come again :)
