Before leaving Turin, I couldn't miss trying two of the most traditional Piedmontese dishes: fritto misto and bagna cauda, both of which usually require advance reservations. Following the reviews, I headed to this very popular place, perhaps because it's in the city center. The fritto misto included vegetables, meat (special cuts), and desserts, all fried. It was unique and delicious. As for the bagna cauda, I must say that it was also unique and delicious. It's essentially a fondue, but it's not really fondue, but the concept is the same: dipping vegetables, both cooked and raw, in this fondue of anchovies, garlic, butter, and oil.
To finish on a high note, since we were full, we had a bonet, another typical Piedmontese dessert, and I must say that it was also very good.
I was thrilled and satisfied with this place and hope to return soon.

A beautiful restaurant steeped in history. Many charming details are scattered throughout the space. Classic tournament dishes. Superb service. And all this in a stunning, spacious square.

A lovely outdoor terrace overlooking the square. Very quick service. Delicious, typical Turin dishes. Very close to the Mole Antonelliana.

Very nice place on the huge square. Food was good. Not 5 stars but very good. The main selling point for us was really friendly helpful and efficient staff. We had 5 star service here I was really pleased with. Chose the Grand Turin menu sampling a selection of local foods and would recommend this

An exceptional historic restaurant.
We had been there years ago and returned because of the wonderful memories.
I finally managed to eat the Piedmontese fried fish, which was exceptional.
