Historic trattoria with lots of outdoor seating overlooking the square, while inside it offers a small but very welcoming menu with typical Piedmontese dishes (like the wines, I like the idea that they can also be ordered in carafes). I ate really well, the Piedmontese appetizers were wonderful, as were the agnolotti. The staff were well-coordinated, in particular, I thank Elena who served me impeccably from start to finish.

This historic trattoria may seem touristy, but it's managed to retain its local soul. Excellent food, and the staff are fast and attentive. Well-prepared traditional dishes are served in a lovely location.

Historic restaurant in the heart of Turin, with high expectations. It's a shame because when the first course arrived, they brought me a mix of grated cheeses that, unfortunately, I don't even eat at home. Only after I protested did they bring me some Grana Padano shavings, which I felt should have been served immediately. I was disappointed by the choice, which didn't match the restaurant's image.

Classic restaurant. Average mixed fried food. We asked for a small reappraisal of the sweet fried food, but it was denied. We thought the kitchen was closed, the only plausible reason, but it wasn't, as the next table was receiving their fried food at the time, and 30 minutes later, plates continued to come out of the kitchen. When it came to the bill, the usual question, "Is everything okay?", wasn't even asked.

Caffè Gioberti : Caffetteria, Piadineria e Toasteria

12/04/2026: We discovered this place during a road trip stop and the experience was wonderful: from the very warm welcome to the vaulted dining room beautifully decorated with black and white photos, not to mention the excellent cuisine. The piadina are delicious (get the sfogliata topping, you won't regret it) and made with artisanal products: I had one with porchetta and my wife had one with mountain cheese, both excellent! And we finished with a very good slice of walnut and almond cake. This summer, when we come back to Piedmont, we'll be back!
28/03/2026: Anyone familiar with piadina romagnola will not be disappointed... the choice of ingredients for the fillings is clever and original.... Excellent!!
