20/05/2025: A nice, quiet restaurant in the city center. An interesting and limited menu. We ordered the chicken and the meatball accompanied by a vegetable salad. The main courses are interesting and tasty (not perfect). Excellent service.

13/06/2025: Also die Terasse ist unschlagbar. Ein absolut fantastischer Platz mit einem unglaublich schönen Sonnenuntergang. Wahnsinn. Das Essen war gut aber nicht perfekt, Pasta und Vorspeisen gut, der gegrillte Fisch etwas langweilig. Die Nachspeisen ok. Der Service sehr professionell. Alles gut, aber der Grund warum man hierherkommt ist die Terasse und nicht unbedingt das Essen.

She doesn't eat flour and sugar, I don't eat garlic or spicy food, we were listened to and satisfied with attention and cordiality. 05/05/2025: In the colorful hills of the Grosseto countryside, between Vall'Ombrone and Val d'Orcia, there is a village, in the center of which, inserted in a small square, dominated by the bell tower, stands a trattoria, where time seems to have stopped. It could be the beginning of a fairy tale and instead Rintocco is a wonderful reality, which we had the opportunity to discover in our wanderings among the villages of Maremma. A simple and authentic trattoria-pizzeria, not only in the premises but, above all, in the welcome, which the courteous owners and the attentive waiter reserve for all customers. The cuisine ranges from fish-based proposals to typical dishes of the Maremma hinterland, with numerous "daily" proposals that draw on the seasonality of the products of the land and game. All the dishes, appropriate in portions and price, tell a story of love for a territory, its traditions and its products. For us, who live in Brescia with Maremma in our hearts, it is now a fixed destination at the end of every trip inland, especially in the summer, when it is possible to dine in the small square in front, thus finding refreshment at sunset. La frittura è davvero il loro piatto forte,era veramente tanto tempo che non ne mangiavamo una così buona e asciutta. Non sono da meno anche le polpettine di baccalà ed il polpo grigliato su pappa al pomodoro e pesto di basilico,eccezionali.... ottima qualità/ prezzo. Bravissimi continuate cosi
