My girlfriend and I were invited by our friend Simone, the owner of this new restaurant. The €35 fixed menu is simply amazing: a generous appetizer of cured meats, tartare, and various local sauces, followed by a delicious steak, and dessert and coffee included, with wine and water. Currently the BEST value-for-money restaurant in the province of Pisa. You can also bring your own wine for those who want to uncork a substantial glass. We'll definitely be back.

Excellent culinary experience, it was wonderful to find the table already set with wine and bread ready for nibbles. Fast and professional service, not to mention the meat, which in my opinion is the highlight! Excellent. For starters, meat, dessert, and drinks, €35 is a great price. I recommend it to everyone.
