13/10/2025: Nice location, decent welcome, but hesitant service, very long for pasta ragu and a calzone served at a nearby table. What can I say about these two dishes: a flat, undercooked calzone, and the pasta ragu, which was more like Bolognese with a processed tomato sauce (see photos)... not good at all. Avoid

12/10/2025: Nice family run restaurant with friendly service and good seafood dishes. We were a group of 4 and it took a while for our food to arrive despite there being only one other table in at the time. Recommend the Fishermen's risotto and the Grilled Fish main course.

It's all very good, but there's NO way to fight mosquitoes other than spraying water and mosquito repellent at face level, without asking anyone, with the substance getting in your mouth and on your food. Fight them in other ways, but not like this.

26/09/2025: We went here because the restaurant we had initially chosen was unfortunately closed that day. So it wasn't our first choice. Unfortunately, we were still disappointed. The price-performance ratio didn't match up for me. The dishes we ordered lacked refinement. Everything was fine from a technical perspective, but the dishes were simply bland, and the portions were, in my opinion, inadequate. The service wasn't particularly attentive, in my opinion. Apart from the manager, no one really paid attention to whether we were ready to order. I really don't understand the very good rating, and I don't think we just had a "bad day."

24/10/2025: For my partner's birthday, we decided to try this little corner of the sea...on the recommendation of friends and niece. We ate really well, the service was attentive and punctual, and the restaurant was beautifully decorated. I almost forgot.... 02/11/2025: We went to Fornello for the second time, accompanied by a couple of friends. The dinner was good, but I have to make a point: three of us chose the tagliolini with butter and white truffle. Typically, the truffle is cut at the table because it enhances the flavor of the truffle, and the weight per portion should be between 5 and 10 grams. In our case, however, the tagliolini were served directly from the kitchen with the truffle already on top, a minimal amount that left more room for the flavor of the butter. What a shame.

The freshest fish, cooked to perfection, and the service was truly impeccable. Besides the consistently exceptional culinary quality and meticulous table setting, what surpasses any other restaurant is the professionalism and kindness of the staff (especially Alessio, who always makes us feel at home). Highly recommended to anyone looking for an unforgettable dinner!
