02/08/2025: We came here with our 9 month old baby and the owner Camelia made us feel so warmly welcomed. She personally walked us through the different dishes of the day, and recommended the freshest catch and wine as well. Our baby was noisy but we were made to feel like family! The seafood here is excellent, ingredients are impeccable. We were even able to feed our baby some seafood and vegetables. The dessert is also very lovely - creme brûlée texture was completely perfect and delicious. Then owner’s mother and son were also there, also kind and helpful. If you want to feel like family and eat like family, come here!

05/08/2025: We happened to be in Arezzo for a concert and decided to stop here for dinner, a place we'd known and frequented for years. The waiter was professional and skilled in serving and welcoming us, and the food was worthy of the service. We'll definitely be back.

02/07/2025: One of the best meals we had during our trip. The seafood here is incredibly fresh and full of flavour, you can really taste the quality in every bite. Every dish we ordered was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. If you’re in Pisa and love seafood, this place is a must. We left completely satisfied and would happily come back again.

04/08/2025: A truly sincere pizzeria and restaurant. Very welcoming service, food in line with what you'd expect from a trattoria. The only real problem, but it's not related to the restaurant, is the presence of people smoking at the table next to yours. While it's permitted, it's still a real nuisance.

22/07/2025: Where do I start? Unfortunately, I left this meal very disappointed. I first visited Bistrot in July 2020 with my mother. We discovered it by chance, tried it, and were absolutely impressed, every dish was outstanding, the service was excellent, and we returned the very next night. We left Forte dei Marmi with beautiful memories, one of the most vivid being the amazing dinners we had there. Fast forward five years: I’m back in Forte, this time with my boyfriend for one night. As soon as we planned the trip, I booked Bistrot immediately because I wanted him to experience the same exceptional food. I also noticed they had since earned a Michelin star, which raised my expectations even more. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to them. We were seated promptly, but the atmosphere felt chaotic. The staff weren’t exactly rushing, but there was a constant sense of urgency that made the space feel stressful rather than refined. Both my boyfriend and I noticed it straight away, not what you expect from a Michelin-level experience, but we were still hopeful. While ordering, I mentioned my allergies, and the waiter took note. He also pointed out that my boyfriend had only ordered meat dishes and asked if it was a preference, since the chef would be sending out amuse-bouches. We confirmed it was, and he said he’d inform the kitchen. When the amuse-bouches arrived, my boyfriend’s plate was identical to mine, two of the bites contained fish. He decided to try them anyway, but the oversight was disappointing. I also double-checked with the waiter who served them if they were safe for me (celery allergy). He said one might contain celery, something I had already informed another staff member about. He went to double-check and came back confirming it was safe, but this shouldn’t happen in a Michelin-starred restaurant. For starters, I had the calamari with chickpeas, and my boyfriend had the beef tartare. Both were beautifully plated, but lacked flavor. My calamari needed seasoning, and the tartare, though served with a sauce, tasted like plain meat. Thankfully, the bread selection was delicious, one of the few highlights up to that point. For the main course, I had the turbot, and my boyfriend had the green chicche with rabbit ragù and salted ricotta. Again, mine was bland. His, on the other hand, was flavorful and by far the best dish of the evening, the only one we’d recommend. For dessert, we shared a mascarpone cream with berries and cacao crumble. It was okay, but unremarkable. The true highlight of the evening was the sommelier, a young man who was friendly, knowledgeable, and consistently attentive. He helped us choose a wine and checked in with us throughout the night. His service was truly appreciated and stood out from the rest of the staff. That said, there were other service issues. We were seated at what I believe was the worst table in the restaurant, right in front of a door to the terrace. Staff constantly passed through, and every time, my hair (which I had in a bun) was brushed or bumped as they moved past. It was distracting and unpleasant, and no one seemed to notice. There were also a few issues with wine service. My boyfriend’s glass sat empty for a while until he poured it himself. A staff member noticed and apologized, but later in the meal the same thing happened, his glass stayed empty for another eight minutes before being refilled. The bill came to around €270, which I wouldn’t have minded at all had the food and service matched what I experienced in 2020. Sadly, it didn’t. I know some of my comments might seem picky, but I believe they’re fair, especially when evaluating a Michelin-starred restaurant. Even without the star, I don’t think I’d return. The food simply wasn’t memorable. It’s such a shame. I remembered this place as truly special. I hope my feedback is taken as a genuine opportunity to reflect and improve.

17/07/2025: A place you wouldn't expect to find behind that image of a village bar. Amazing dishes, cooked with passion. Sparkling service, which brightens up your evening, and is impeccable. For us, it's now a meeting point during our family celebrations because they truly make you feel at home. Come here because it will amaze you and make you fall in love with this magical place.

23/07/2025: A beautiful place to eat. We sat in the garden, which had a wonderful atmosphere. We received a delicious glass of champagne upon arrival. We expected a bit more from the food. There was a mistake with our second course (it happens). It's a shame that my dish was served as it was, and my husband's was remade. That's not how you eat together, which isn't really appropriate in such an (expensive) restaurant. There were many different waiters at the table, which made it less personal. Our expectations were perhaps a bit too high. Otherwise, we had a great meal, a pleasant experience.

14/07/2025: Bellissima location per un ristorante: nelle stagioni calde si mangia su un elegante prato inglese nella corte di una casa colonica sulle cui pareti cresce una fitta vegetazione. L'impatto è di una grande suggestione che accompagna i loro favolosi e ricercati piatti. Gran classe e cucina raffinata.

28/07/2025: Sempre molto bello tornare in questo luogo dove niente sembra lasciato al Caso. La cura e l’attenzione al cliente è presente al Punto Giusto. Abbinamenti azzeccati, sapori vivi e equilibrati. Un esplosione di significato per il Palato. Da provare riprovare e riprovare. Allego foto per spiegare tanto talento.

24/07/2025: A sophisticated beach bar with a restaurant. The restaurant has Michelin stars. I can't comment on the food; we used the beach bar. You can also rent parasols and sun loungers there. A parasol plus two sun loungers cost around €160 for 5 days. The attached beach is clean. You can use the showers and restrooms with a badge.

04/07/2025: We ate two first courses, a baked turbot with potatoes and vegetables and two desserts. Total 180 euros. The first courses were good, especially the tagliolini with shrimp and truffle. The macaroni with deep-sea fish ragù was also excellent. The turbot was honestly anonymous, not worth the 90 euros per kg they charge. The desserts were low-quality: the Portuguese milk tasted burnt, the lobsters were anonymous. The table service was high-quality. The accommodation could be improved since despite having booked 20 days in advance, they reserved a table for us in a corner with no visibility and with the air conditioning turned on. I think they could offer much more considering the prices.

21/06/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Elegant, Iconic, Exceptional Lorenzo is a Forte dei Marmi classic. Impeccable seafood, flawless service, and a wine list curated with love. The crudo is a must, the pasta unforgettable, and the ambiance timeless. Pricey—but worth every euro. Michelin star well deserved.

10/08/2025: I was there for a wedding, a beautiful location, perfect for these ceremonies. The appetizer was basic, a bit too much for a wedding, as you can see from the photo. The first courses weren't good enough; if I'm not mistaken, I didn't eat one of them, but the second courses were good—sliced pork and roast pork. The service was courteous and efficient. I would invest in the kitchen.
