We chose the blind tasting and it was one surprise after another! What can I say, a perfect evening, a true culinary treat! Impeccable service, professional, but the kind of professionalism that gives you so much warmth, that conveys the maître d''''s love for what you're doing! What can I say... 28/09/2025: The place is very beautiful and well-kept. The service is attentive, professional, and the timing is more than right. As for the food, unfortunately, after an excellent start, the quality gradually declined. The entrees, with homemade breads, butter, and three truly interesting tastings, were very welcome. The three standard dishes had two main problems: - the small portions. We left hungry despite having three courses plus a dessert, in addition to the initial freebies. The main course had no side dish (a potato slice). The appetizer was half a Portobello mushroom, with the stem removed. Too small. We also noticed unintentional portion differences (especially for the first course and dessert) between different diners. - the courses (first and second courses) arrived cold. The dish was cold, the sauce poured over it was barely warm, which meant that after two bites the dish was objectively cold. Too bad. We had high expectations, but unfortunately, it was a decline. We'll try it again.

Besides the consistently exceptional culinary quality and meticulous table setting, what surpasses any other restaurant is the professionalism and kindness of the staff (especially Alessio, who always makes us feel at home). Highly recommended to anyone looking for an unforgettable dinner!

Beyond the beauty of the location, we can only give 5 stars to the service, the kindness of the staff, and above all, the quality of the dishes, expertly prepared and served with care. The fish is excellent, fresh, and carefully selected. The wine is excellent, reflecting Stefano's passion. You can find excellent, carefully selected French champagnes. And that's coming from me, a fan of Italian sparkling wines. Overall, a wonderful experience, both culinary and wine-related. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing, perfect for enjoying a meal to the fullest. Highly recommended!

It's all very good, but there's NO way to fight mosquitoes other than spraying water and mosquito repellent at face level, without asking anyone, with the substance getting in your mouth and on your food. Fight them in other ways, but not like this.

02/11/2025: We went to Fornello for the second time, accompanied by a couple of friends. The dinner was good, but I have to make a point: three of us chose the tagliolini with butter and white truffle. Typically, the truffle is cut at the table because it enhances the flavor of the truffle, and the weight per portion should be between 5 and 10 grams. In our case, however, the tagliolini were served directly from the kitchen with the truffle already on top, a minimal amount that left more room for the flavor of the butter. What a shame.

28/09/2025: Very nice and welcoming place. It's not at all touristy, there are only a few dishes, but everything is delicious! The owner is very attentive to his customers. Definitely worth a try!

18/09/2025: Definitely... The establishment is very well presented and has a pleasant outdoor space with reserved parking for guests. The cuisine is focused on quality, and it shows. Unfortunately, the seafood salad wasn't to my liking, but the fried oxtails were flavorful and dry, the grilled octopus was just the right amount of toughness, the spaghetti with clams was delicious, and the red prawns were delicate. To finish, we tried the tiramisu and the zuccotto, both homemade and both delicious. The service is attentive, although aside from Marco (my heartfelt compliments for his manners), there are some gross errors unworthy of the establishment. The bill is absolutely in line with the offerings and the quality of the food. An absolutely positive experience.
