20/05/2026: A very cute place in the center of Siena, behind the Duomo. Small but very quaint, the food is fabulous. The Pici Cacio e Pepe are spectacular! The staff are very polite and friendly, and the owners are very friendly and welcoming! It's worth stopping by to try their local specialties. Highly recommended.

26/11/2025: This restaurant is near Santa Croce, but on a somewhat confusing street where even the GPS system would get stuck trying to find it. It's accessible to the disabled, but there's no parking; the closest one is on Sant'Ambrogio. The restaurant is very elegant, almost refined, but perhaps with too many waiters; two people serve you almost every time, and they're often crowded together near the door. The menu is Neapolitan, offering both classic and gourmet pizzas at reasonable prices, even considering other pizzerias. As soon as we sat down, they asked us if we'd like a bubbly (thinking it was free, we took it given the way they almost offered it to you when telling you, but instead...) then we had a second serving of frittatine (good, but they made a mistake and they got some montanarine, which I sent back, and the correct dish arrived after 20 minutes) and for the main course, two gourmet pizzas, the Intrusa and the Florence (good, but we waited an hour for these, ridiculous for pizzas. I asked for them twice and when they arrived they didn't even apologize, so when it came to the bill, I mentioned it and they said they'd mixed up the tablets, but the fact that the people who arrived after us already had it under their lips as a waiter makes me wonder). All accompanied by two small beers and a still water. As for dessert, they only had two options, which we didn't try, and we finished with a coffee and an amaro. Please note: when you book a table at this place, there are two sittings. We chose the second one, at 9:30 PM, but we arrived well in advance, at 8:35 PM, and it was also empty, so we sat down. Secondly, as you can see from the photos, the menus are different. The one outside has some dishes, while the one you'll find with the QR code inside is missing or missing many (our phones didn't have reception inside, so the menus wouldn't open, so I asked for a paper one and they forgot about it. Luckily, the phone has since regained some life, otherwise it would have been years before we had a menu). All things considered, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Waiting all that time for pizzas that weren't even that great as the other reviews made it seem isn't worth it. The bubbles that seemed like a freebie when they arrived on the bill were way overpriced for a pizzeria. And after all that waiting time and the wrong dish arriving, at least an apology or a complimentary coffee would have been the least I could do, but it's clear that building customer loyalty, saving yourself from bad reviews, or not turning away a disgruntled customer isn't something everyone can do. Dinner time ---> starts at 8:35 PM ----> ends at 11:20/11:30 PM...and that says it all.

17/05/2026: The location is excellent, and overall it's a beautiful resort. If I had to offer a small constructive criticism, I'd give the front desk more attention. They didn't provide us with enough information, and it took us a quarter of an hour to find our room, asking for directions twice. Overall, I didn't experience this kind of courtesy in making guests feel pampered. Other couples felt the same way. At the gala dinner, a woman asked for chamomile tea after not eating anything; it was charged to her room. I find this rude. Think about it and use this review to help you improve.

04/05/2026: Wonderful place, super tasty food, incredible service, and fair prices. I loved it and highly recommend it. It's not a touristy spot and is very regional; for those who want to immerse themselves in the culture, it's the perfect place.

01/05/2026: Extraordinary cuisine, authentic, genuine, and deeply rooted in the local area. Passion, expertise, and a true Tuscan soul are evident here. The owners welcome you with warmth and attention, making you feel like a guest before you are a customer. We tasted magnificent pici with tuna, excellent black spaghetti with shrimp and asparagus, surprising sea urchins with truffle and quail eggs, and delicious squid with artichokes: carefully crafted, balanced, and flavorful dishes that showcase excellent ingredients. It's a true restaurant, where you can sense the passion for this craft. The bill is absolutely fair and fully justified by the quality of the ingredients, the sourcing of local products, and the overall experience it offers.

15/02/2026: A great Valentine's Day in a cute, small, and I might add intimate place. The staff are friendly, the food is well presented, and the dishes are sophisticated. You can choose between meat and fish, including the freshest catch of the day. The prices are a little higher, but when the quality is there, you don't even notice! Definitely worth a try! A second Valentine's Day 🤩🥰... we're back for a third Valentine's Day. Everything was great.

08/05/2026: What an absolute gem!!! If you are looking for an upscale dining experience while still retaining that family friendly atmosphere and love devouring scrumptious food then this is it! This place not only ticks all the boxes but goes far and above! If you live in or are visiting Florence this is well worth an evening. We had the chefs tasting menu, sooo much food, but so delicious it broke my heart that I could not eat every morsel but we were severely out matched! It’s not just dinner, it’s an experience , totally charming from beginning to end!!
