07/08/2025: We organized a blind dinner with a couple of friends and I must say that it exceeded expectations. A really nice and welcoming place. Large motorcycle parking. Nice outdoor area for summer dining. Staff always smiling, polite and ready to smile. And what can I say about the food... excellent, I would say we ate for 10 and even the wine did its part! We'll be back soon!

06/08/2025: Found it during a business trip. Excellent experience, excellent food, top-quality ingredients, friendly and professional service. If I'm ever in the area again, it will definitely be my first choice.

18/07/2025: Excellent local food, a carefully curated and varied menu. It's located in a scenic spot overlooking Lake Chiusi. We went for lunch and had a pretty good time. But returning in the evening was even better. Friendly service, excellent service, and delicious lake cuisine. The brustico, a typical grilled lake fish dish, and the tegamaccio fish soup are excellent, as is the pasta with rabbit and artichoke ragù. Crispy lake panzanella and slow-cooked veal 'sopracoastra' were other pleasant surprises. The atmosphere was very relaxed on the shore of the silent lake. A truly wonderful evening. Extensive wine list, both regional and international.

30/06/2025: Spent a lovely evening in this small, welcoming restaurant that offers high-quality and very original dishes, one for all the delicious revisited cacciucco, so different from the original that it deserves its own name. Excellent and attentive service.

02/08/2025: Prima volta da loro a cena in tre, su suggerimento di un’altro chef. Esperienza ottima, locale garbato in darsena, cenato nel patio. Maestoso crudo di pesce, spaghettini alle arselle fresche fa-vo-lo-si, un buon dentice al forno con le olive e patate. Tutto freschissimo e ben presentato. Servizio impeccabile fatto da giovani preparati. Abbiamo chiesto una bottiglia di vino inusuale e la temperatura non era perfetta. Prezzi accettabili in proporzione alla grande qualità. 26/06/2025: The food was incredible and for the price of everything it was really worth the money in every way. We had bread, slices of pizza dough with herbs and tomato sauce and prosecco to start, all complementary. We then had the octopus pasta whichw as so filling, so much octopus and so delicious. We also had the tuna and roasted vegetables as a second dish which was cooked beautifully. We finished with the pistachio tiramisu to share and it was incredible. We had the house wine for 15 euros a bottle which was also really good - you can never go wrong with house wine in Italy! All in all the food and timing of the service was great and the atmosphere felt chique and warm at the same time. The o ly downsides are that it was very warm outside with no fans or any cooling (34 degrees was a bit much and even hotter inside) and the staff were a bit standoffish and not so friendly. They indeed did their job well, but even with the locals it felt a bit too strict service, it's okay to have a joke and smile but this was definitely not the case here. Edit - went back for takeaway pizza and the half British half Italian waitress was lovely!!

05/08/2025: I was looking for an authentic Italian restaurant to eat at. Fed up of all the tourist restaurants, I did some research and found Tortuga. I’m so glad I did. This was a long walk from the city of Florence, but was well worth it. This was the best meal we’d had in Florence. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even with the language barrier. Fantastic, fresh food. My son had the spicy salami pizza, whilst I had the salmon. It was delicious! I can’t wait to go back again!

17/07/2025: The outdoor space is beautiful. We sat indoors with the AC and were happy for it. The decor is a bit hodge lodge, and I wouldn’t recommend the place based on the inside ambience- BUT- who cares? It was a good temperature, not too noisy, and both the service and the food were great. I would recommend any go. And great value for the money. My family of four loved everything we got (except the house red wine- next time, we’ll just buy a bottle). The mixed antipasti- so good! The stuffed pasta in a ragu- we had to order a second- the simple grilled steak- tender and flavourful. The contient- spinach and potatoes- yep, perfect. The chicken? Exceeded our expectations. We were too full for dessert but I bet they’re all authentic and tasty and not too heavy, either. (Oh, one last thing, the olive oil they brought to the table was also very good quality and so tasty)

16/07/2025: Wonderful; memorable pasta dishes there include spaghetti à la vongole, and a seafood carbonara; the place is pretty, be it the courtyard or inside and it is above all both refined and laid back - a balance that us no mean feat.

16/06/2025: Tuvimos una cena en nuestro hotel la comida era muy agradable, pero solo pequeñas porciones viene con un montón de diversión - bouch pero comidas principales que tienes que pedir al personal lateral muy amable y acogedor de usar y disfrutamos de nuestra comida aquí no muy impresionado también

30/07/2025: Grosse déception pour ce restaurant fourchette Michelin, tomate mozzarella vraiment pas à la hauteur , tomates n’étaient pas mûres et mozzarella sans goût à 18€, les plus chères que nous ayons goûtées, tartare de thon quelconque et sans assaisonnement ,présentation un peu clinquante, très cher pour le prix, tiramisu visiblement pas vraiment maison avec un toping chocolat industriel , vin à 80€ qui ne vaut visiblement pas ce prix là…300€ pour 4 , le pire rapport qualité prix, quand certaines petites adresses vous régalent pour la moitié

30/07/2025: Wir sind Abends in Lucca angekommen und haben durch Zufall das Restaurant gefunden. Wir haben Draußen gegessen und es hat und sehr gut gefallen. Die Atmosphäre war sehr schön und romantisch. Das Essen hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch der Service hat gut gepasst. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen

20/07/2025: Very good food but the portions are insufficient. Despite the friendliness and sympathy of the waitresses, I can only give 3 stars to the service because it is chaotic. The owner is not doing his job in my opinion and there is no room manager so all the employees' efforts are in vain, too bad! We appreciated the retro setting. It's a shame to have to make a sandwich after ordering 2 dishes and 1 dessert. Budget for 2 adults and 2 children without coffee and digestif: 160 euros after discount.

07/08/2025: Non c'è molto da dire, l'esperienza del sig Paolo garantisce che la pizza, qui, sia un'opera d'arte. Gli ingredienti sono rigorosamente selezionati e ben combinati. La varietà dei condimenti è talmente varia e di qualità così sopraffina che anche i palati più all'esigenti saranno soddisfatti. Personalmente apprezzo più la pizza che la cucina, ma suppongo siano gusti. Il servizio di sala è attento, preciso e il personale è molto gentile garantendo un'atmosfera rilassata e familiare. Ci siamo stati diverse volte e ci torneremo (speriamo) altre volte.

05/08/2025: Unfortunately, nothing special. The food was okay for the price, but not enough. It's not a very nice city; you sit in the pedestrian zone, but it's not really worth it. The staff were inattentive.
