04/07/2026: Passing through Livorno and not stopping to eat at TRATTORIA ANTICO MORO is like going to Rome and not seeing Dad.
02/07/2026: Perfect evening. The girls in the dining room were attentive and thoughtful. The seafood appetizer was unmissable (there was everything and everything was textbook). The first course was like it used to be, and the semifreddo was superb. Oh well.

20/05/2026: A very cute place in the center of Siena, behind the Duomo. Small but very quaint, the food is fabulous. The Pici Cacio e Pepe are spectacular! The staff are very polite and friendly, and the owners are very friendly and welcoming! It's worth stopping by to try their local specialties. Highly recommended.

To say it was good is an understatement.
The staff were friendly, fast, and helpful.
We'll definitely return, but we'll take a bit more time.
22/06/2026: If you go to Livorno, you have to stop at Sottomarino!!! The welcome is family-like, Livorno residents for generations. The Cacciucco is the way it should be made, the recipe has been passed down through generations. The fish is fresh, the squid ink risotto is a delight, made to order with real squid ink. The portions are generous. The prices are fair and the service is friendly. They also have an outdoor garden. I will definitely return to enjoy other dishes.

09/07/2026: The food here was excellent. It’s just slightly off the beaten path and was recommended to us by a local. The pasta was outstanding and we really enjoyed each dish throughout the evening. The service was also great - welcoming and helpful. We would definitely come back here again.

17/05/2026: The location is excellent, and overall it's a beautiful resort. If I had to offer a small constructive criticism, I'd give the front desk more attention. They didn't provide us with enough information, and it took us a quarter of an hour to find our room, asking for directions twice. Overall, I didn't experience this kind of courtesy in making guests feel pampered. Other couples felt the same way. At the gala dinner, a woman asked for chamomile tea after not eating anything; it was charged to her room. I find this rude. Think about it and use this review to help you improve.

Friendly and professional staff
A small positive note about the girl serving tables: professional and smiling, she served everyone promptly with the place full.
I had cod with chickpea cream, truly exceptional, followed by a dessert that deserved an A+.
If you're passing through, it's a must-see.
