The restaurant exudes atmosphere, with a cozy and romantic interior and a breathtaking view that makes you momentarily forget you haven't landed in an Italian movie. The food? Delizioso! Every bite was a treat, and the house wine was so good that we wondered why we would ever order anything else. But the best part? The warmth and the family feeling. The owners and staff are not only super nice, but also genuinely dog-friendly – ​​our four-legged friend even got his own bowl of water and a pat on the head. In short: if you are looking for an authentic Italian experience where both you and your dog feel welcome, then Il Convivio dei Corsi is the perfect choice! We will definitely be back – a presto!

20/05/2026: A very cute place in the center of Siena, behind the Duomo. Small but very quaint, the food is fabulous. The Pici Cacio e Pepe are spectacular! The staff are very polite and friendly, and the owners are very friendly and welcoming! It's worth stopping by to try their local specialties. Highly recommended.

02/06/2026: We had lunch on the terrace, overlooking the sea. The menu is limited, just as I like it, and the dishes everyone chose were delicious and beautifully presented. The Ukrainian waitress who served us deserves a special mention: she was friendly and professional.

26/11/2025: This restaurant is near Santa Croce, but on a somewhat confusing street where even the GPS system would get stuck trying to find it. It's accessible to the disabled, but there's no parking; the closest one is on Sant'Ambrogio. The restaurant is very elegant, almost refined, but perhaps with too many waiters; two people serve you almost every time, and they're often crowded together near the door. The menu is Neapolitan, offering both classic and gourmet pizzas at reasonable prices, even considering other pizzerias. As soon as we sat down, they asked us if we'd like a bubbly (thinking it was free, we took it given the way they almost offered it to you when telling you, but instead...) then we had a second serving of frittatine (good, but they made a mistake and they got some montanarine, which I sent back, and the correct dish arrived after 20 minutes) and for the main course, two gourmet pizzas, the Intrusa and the Florence (good, but we waited an hour for these, ridiculous for pizzas. I asked for them twice and when they arrived they didn't even apologize, so when it came to the bill, I mentioned it and they said they'd mixed up the tablets, but the fact that the people who arrived after us already had it under their lips as a waiter makes me wonder). All accompanied by two small beers and a still water. As for dessert, they only had two options, which we didn't try, and we finished with a coffee and an amaro. Please note: when you book a table at this place, there are two sittings. We chose the second one, at 9:30 PM, but we arrived well in advance, at 8:35 PM, and it was also empty, so we sat down. Secondly, as you can see from the photos, the menus are different. The one outside has some dishes, while the one you'll find with the QR code inside is missing or missing many (our phones didn't have reception inside, so the menus wouldn't open, so I asked for a paper one and they forgot about it. Luckily, the phone has since regained some life, otherwise it would have been years before we had a menu). All things considered, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Waiting all that time for pizzas that weren't even that great as the other reviews made it seem isn't worth it. The bubbles that seemed like a freebie when they arrived on the bill were way overpriced for a pizzeria. And after all that waiting time and the wrong dish arriving, at least an apology or a complimentary coffee would have been the least I could do, but it's clear that building customer loyalty, saving yourself from bad reviews, or not turning away a disgruntled customer isn't something everyone can do. Dinner time ---> starts at 8:35 PM ----> ends at 11:20/11:30 PM...and that says it all.

The owners welcome you with warmth and attention, making you feel like a guest before you are a customer. We tasted magnificent pici with tuna, excellent black spaghetti with shrimp and asparagus, surprising sea urchins with truffle and quail eggs, and delicious squid with artichokes: carefully crafted, balanced, and flavorful dishes that showcase excellent ingredients. It's a true restaurant, where you can sense the passion for this craft. The bill is absolutely fair and fully justified by the quality of the ingredients, the sourcing of local products, and the overall experience it offers.

31/05/2026: A typical, welcoming trattoria, the atmosphere is one of "good, authentic food" and the seafood is exceptional, top-quality and affordable. The staff is friendly, professional, and incredibly kind. Crispy, non-greasy fried food, truly exquisite traditional caciucco, and the simple spaghetti with clams is delicious. Highly recommended for those who want to enjoy authentic Livorno dishes in a family-friendly atmosphere.

09/05/2026: My sister had her wedding reception at Lago Eventi. It's a charming place, and the restaurant with its windows overlooking the lake is a must. The menu was perfect for the occasion, and I especially recommend the pappardelle with wild boar ragù and the tagliata. They were especially attentive to special requests, like making tagliata well-done for a pregnant friend. Magnificent service. Marco, you're amazing!!!! Thank you so much for everything!!!

02/05/2026: We were guests at a wedding, and we were pleasantly surprised not only by the beautiful location, but also by the truly delicious food and the always smiling and friendly staff. Even the owner, with whom we chatted for a moment, reflects the personality of the place and the courtesy of the staff. We recommend it, and not just for events. The delicious gorgonzola and walnut maltagliati and the perfectly cooked arugula and parmesan steak are also included. 14/05/2026: Seafood restaurant located near the Florence Sud highway exit. Very pleasant atmosphere, with informal yet elegant decor. Interesting dishes, including a good variety of raw seafood. The quality of the ingredients and dishes is decidedly high. Prices are a bit high, but reasonable. Service isn't the fastest, but always very friendly. Overall, a place definitely worth trying.
