25/02/2024: We came there without a reservation around 12:45 and were turned down because they were "fully booked" despite having most of the tables free at that time. I asked what time they'd have a table and the waiter replied they're booked "until evening". I then used the booking system (through Google Maps) to book a table there and system instantly approved a reservation for 13:30, strongly suggesting that the waiter was lying.

Really excellent tasting menu, delicate and particular flavours, a lot of care in the presentation of the dishes, in the description of the raw materials and the preparation of the dishes. The creamed cod, the bread ravioli, the cuttlefish carbonara and the fish slice are particularly delicious. Friendly and precise service. With dessert they offered us a glass of passito! Small and well-kept place. If you pass through Piombino, treat yourself to a meal here!

In this place, in addition to fabulous culinary evenings, we took a journey through history, all described by the very kind owner (also all the staff). Original furnishings, excellent mise en place done with taste! Delicious food, you can feel the goodness of the products and the use of raw materials, generous portions and superlative desserts! There is also a beautiful lounge bar on site! Highly recommended! The gluttons!
